I’ve stayed here before, and my expectation of this hotel are good, it need a few upgrades, other than that, good quiet location, with comfy room, that a few upgrades and friendly staff.

Room nice, bed comfortable and clean. Floor in bathroom kinda yucky, not sure it was clean because it was that fake stuff and didn't look clean. Plenty of towels!

The beds are full sized and I wish they were a little bigger. Also my double suite could have been cleaned a bit better. There were a couple of stains around the mattresses. Also the downstairs door should be fixed to shut a bit more quietly. It slammed shut all hours of the night and woke me up quite a few times

The woman who checked me in was very polite. The rooms were spacious and well stocked. Every single morning there were fresh towels placed outside my door which was thoughtful and super convenient. The highlight of my visit was the women who takes care of all the breakfast area and food. She was on top of making sure everything was stocked, clean and presentable. She was also super friendly to my children and myself and was very personable and you could tell set a standard and took value in her job and being polite and accommodating. She really made me feel important during my stay.

The beds need better pillows. The Air did not work in the first room and the second room we were moved to barely worked.

Bathroom was dirty, a dirty q-tip that was on the floor under the sink when we checked in, was still there when we checked out. Breakfast was inedible, coffee was horrible, as were the artificial eggs, toaster did not work, hot breakfast was anything but hot. There was no security in place. Side doors were propped open with rocks so staff could step out to have a cigarette, Fire doors were always open despite having signs posted requiring the to be closed. A disaster waiting to happen.

Bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked okay, lights worked, room was fairly quiet.

The guy at the front desk was rude. Got in late and he was not accommodating. The next day asked for a new room because it smelled like vomit, clock didn't work, AC was not working. He stated he didn't have any other rooms and asked rudely why did I wait until the next day to ask to move. I stated it was after 1 am and when I got up I had to rush out. So, I told him when I got back to the hotel. He was very rude and unprofessional. I did express this to the young lady at the front desk and asked for the manager, which I was told she was not in. No one ever reached back out to me about the issue.

Breakfast, loud guests, uncomfortable bed.

Breakfast was inedible, very low quality food. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Neighboring guests were excessively loud with music and talking until past midnight which the front desk should have put a stop to.

I didn't like that the other people staying there have no respect for others. They were being way too loud and always slamming doors in the middle of the night when trying to sleep.

I liked that the room I get is always clean and cool when I open the door. Its very comfy and relaxing.

The stay was great except I wasn’t aware the pool would be closed. I have no idea why their pool would be closed in the middle of summer, and the pool was a major reason we chose this hotel. I feel like there should be a discount if all the amenities aren’t available.

The room was clean and comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was good.
