i dislike that there was only 1 trash can in the entire room and the room. we also found fake eyelash on the floor of the room which was kinda gross lol not a huge deal at all but a little yucky. also the bathroom door did not lock in our room.

the room fit my family well. 4 of us in the room so we had enough space for everyone.

I had booked this room in February and had to cancel due to a family emergency. My grandchilden's grandfather was rushed to the hospital the night before we were supposed to leave. He passed away two weeks later. I requested a refund for the $335 charge and offered to provide proof of the emergency but my request was denied.

This was a great hotel for a large family, 2 bathrooms is a huge bonus

This was my 3rd time staying and it’s definitely gone down hill. Pool towels have shrunk. Room needed an upgrade. Toilet was on an angle and the bathroom tap came off & required maintenance. Breakfast was ok. If your GF, take your own bread.

There was hair on a few towels There was hair on the clear sliding shower door. The floor was in need of a mop.

We enjoyed most of the room was clean. Comfortable beds.. The heated pool was nice, the breakfast room had plenty of food items to choose from.

The bedding is pretty bare minimum. It would be nice to have full size pillows and a regular comforter. There were only sheets and a very thin top cover. Also a channel listing for the television would have been nice.

Parking was easy and walking distance is very convenient to the convention center. It would be nice if this property had a hotel lobby bar with beer & wine service and appetizers. Also, the breakfast stops at 9:30am and it would be nice if they ran it until at least 10am like similar properties.

We knew there would be some renovating while we were there, but were told the noise would end at 5:00. They didn’t always finish at 5:00 and it got to be annoying.

The location of this property is fantastic if you are going to any of the amusement parks. It is clean and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. Loved the family suite - it was perfect for the five of us. It was nice to have two bathrooms. There were a lot of choices at breakfast, but it did get quite busy, at times.

That we are putting one of the oldest rooms and the bathroom was completely falling apart. The shower did not drain. I wish you would have known about the renovations or at least received some type of a discount.

Check-in and check out was easy. It was great being able to get towels and toilet paper when needed. We have stayed here multiple times it's always been a good stay. They are under renovations which I understand how that goes. But we were also put in the oldest room with cracks and the bathroom was falling apart and the drain in the shower did not drain. We had no heads up about the renovation, I wish we would have known or at least received some kind of a discount.

There is a $17 per night additional parking fee per car so Booking.com should add that to their disclosure. I didn’t like that little surprise. They are under construction right now (Jan-Feb 2024) so kinda noisy and unsightly.

My daughter and I were there for the NAMM show at the convention center. It was a 13 minute walk so perfect location. The room was a nice size, clean and comfortable. The front desk guy was very nice.

Good location and walking to Disney for half the price of some of the other accommodation. There is also a bus stop right out front if you dont want to walk. Rooms were clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable. Included breakfast was great and a good variety of foods.

There was construction going on and very noisy. Pillows were not comfortable. Breakfast was just ok.

The staff are very friendly. It was very clean, great location and good value. Walking distance to Disneyland shuttle bus.
