We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

No shuttle service due to no driver at the time we required pickup. I notified Ramada re arrival time of flight. They replied saying what to do on arrival ie. Ring them from curtesy vehicle bay. We did..... No driver. We were told to catch a taxi and they will reimburse us. Still waiting on reimbursement!! On departure, the night prior we asked about early morning shuttle. No problem as shuttle starts 5.30am,they said. That departing morning staff told us driver doesn't start til 8am. But they did pay for our uber to airport. WAITING ON REIMBURSEMENT RAMADA.
Bed very comfortable, good pillows. Close to airport. Breakfast satisfactory

Lack of water pressure, coffee maker didn’t work but they did exchange it for one that did, toilets have issues,the refrigerator kept freezing all my food and the a/c / heater turns on and off about every 10 minutes wheather it’s at temp or not it keep waking me up through the night.

Breakfast could be a bit more selection. Suggestion to offer oatmeal and boiled eggs to the breakfast selection. Also, would be great if the coffee and water can be provided all day in the lobby.
Comfort level is better than my anticipation for the price range.

The first room I was assigned had a window that could not be closed properly, nor could it be locked, and it was on the first floor! Definitely a safety issue, as well as being extremely cold in winter weather (cold air was blowing in, and could not be blocked). The second room I was assigned was on the 3rd floor, at the end of the hall, farthest from the lobby. I find it hard to believe, but I was told that it was the only other room available. I suspected I was being punished for turning down the first room. The hallway was extremely hot, and it was the most inconvenient location to get to, every time I needed to get my malfunctioning card keys reset, go to breakfast, or come in from the parking lot. There is a stairwell with an exit at that end of the hall, but you cannot enter from there, therefore you don’t park near there either, so that exit doesn’t help matters. I did not like that the hotel doesn’t want guests to take breakfast items to their room. I also thought that the microwave should have been placed in a different spot in the room. It should have been on a stand, table, or shelf somewhere, instead of on the countertop next to the sink. There was no countertop space to prepare anything, or even to set something down that I just removed from the microwave. Also, the mini fridge temperature was set so low that it did not keep anything cool, and certainly not cold. I pulled it out from under the countertop so I could reach the temperature adjustment knob, and it was filthy on the top, sides, and back, as if it had not been cleaned in years.
I liked that there was a breakfast available, and a mini fridge & microwave in the room. However, these were not the greatest, as I have explained later in this survey. The front desk staff was pleasant; I had no issue with them.

in one of the rooms where I was booked with a "view of the river" , there was a very low sitting chair. I realized when I returned on another night and was confirmed in a different room that the same chair in that room had "legs" on the chair and sat comfortably . I guess I should have said something to the front desk but neglected to do so. The sheers were tattered where someone must have tried opening them by way of the fabric rather than the rod. I think it was in the same room with the chair with no legs,
The beds in the rooms were very comfortable and rooms very clean.

we like the location of the property. it was near target and seafood city. The room was ok and spacious. it was clean too. The price for our stay was good. staff were friendly. breakfast was ok, breakfast room was clean. Free parking was also a plus point.

Rooms were outdated. There was a fire alarm during when staff did not do anything to guide people. Guests did not know where to go and when. Some of them went to rooms.
Big fridge and microwave in the room. Free parking and near train and airport.

The microwave was a little outdated and hard to function
Room was clean and well equipped when we got there. We got to check in a little earlier than anticipated. Breakfast was also nice and they provided a variety Of food.

Unfortunately there was a malfunction in the alarm system so around 10 pm we had to evacuate until the fire department approved return to our rooms.
