It was difficult to find it from the road. The lot in front of the building looks to never have been finished or was a place to put construction debris and such. The road in was not easy to find for a tired traveler

Elevator was down and having to lug luggage and a car seat to the 3rd floor. Room needs a few fixes. Bathtub handle is loose, toilet flusher is loose.

There was no TV Guide in the room and the TV remote did not properly work for the guide and you had to go through each individual channel to see what was on the tv. I reported this to the front desk and was told oh we will try to fix it but probably won't happen. Also a little disappointed the carpeting in the rooms was torn up and cut with multiple holes. Also there was obvious water damage to the ceiling that was bubbling.

They offered a very nice breakfast and it was a convenient location. The staff was very friendly at check-in and the manager was wonderful at checkout.

The pool water was freezing. It should have been warmer to be able to also enjoy this feature of the hotel. I'm sure many families chose the hotel for the pool and were unable to use it and/or really enjoy it.

The room was ok, had all it needs for visiting during the day and sleeping at night. We also used the breakfast space to eat the dinner we ordered. The breakfast was the traditional American breakfast. We liked the eggs and waffles.

Maybe have housekeeping stop in and see if you need anything instead of having to leave a door knocker!? They fall off the door, get lost, and who ever knows when housekeeping is coming by your room?! Got to be a better way to do this!?

The breakfast was awesome! They do not bother you unless you need them. It was very nice that it was boarded with woods. It was nice to hear the birds in the morning and not traffic!!

The muggy smell in my room was off putting. I turned up the AC in hopes to get the air circulated, but it did not help. There was no back on my remote, so the batteries were exposed. Shower pressure was just ok. The price for the room was too high.

The breakfast was great! Coffee hot, eggs, fluffy, sausage was cooked well. The staff was very helpful and polite.

Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Beds were also too high off the floor. Staff really wasn’t friendly or accommodating. The guests were nicer. The elevator was very very slow. The woman who checked me in, didn’t set the keys properly and I couldn’t get in my room. The Comfort in was a little off the beaten path.

You post on the site that there is a whirlpool, but there is not. This is one of the reasons I picked your hotel.

tub showed signs of black mold; a tub&shower surround would solve all the tubs problems breakfast had only apples for fruit that no one takes; bananas and berries would be terrific for on cereal and waffles drinking water in breakfast area one day was good/tasted like it was filtered, but the next day was not! Did not want to have to buy drinking water. The infused lemon water in the lobby was too strong, especially if you just want water (despite the fact that I like lemon in my water). no cereal or muffins that are not sweetened, like bran or wheat

This hotel is broken down. The A/C unit in my room leaked and the carpet was wet. The water in the swimming pool was cloudy. A wheel was missing from the desk chair in my room. The carpet was badly stained. One of the light fixtures in my bathroom had broken, was glued back together, and the glue had turned brown. The primary stairwell smelled moldy. If people are going to spend over $200 per night for a room, someone needs to spend some money making this facility worth the price. Your staff deserve a raise, because they are the only reason I didn’t turn around and walk out right after I walked in. Shame on you!!

It feels like the staff is doing the best they can with a broken down facility. There are good people working here.
