Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaHard to make something up. It's certainly as good as anything else east of Everett. The structure isn't new, but it's very well cared for and everything works as it should.
This was the best "included" breakfast I've ever had at a hotel/motel. Two kinds of sausage, two kinds of scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, the usual waffle maker, sauteed vegetables, cereal, four juices, and of course, bacon. And more. Also, the room was quiet, the heater worked properly without a lot of noise, and everything was clean. We had a nice comfortable sleep. Staff was very nice and informative.

United States of Americawould suggest removing some decor so that all the areas are welcome to sitting. Love the home feel of living room at entry however, with all the decor was not sure if it was for display or we could actually sit and stay a little. I would suggest a subtle notice to guests that bussing their own tables would be appreciated. Sadly, the guests left such a mess for the staff - also witnessed a karen tell one of the staff painters to "be careful" since he was new to US....
Breakfast was great - would extend hours slightly - cutting off at 9 even when customer has plate in hand is a little extreme especially with families. Walking distance to all conveniences. Front desk staff friendly. hidden gem that the locals may miss for family/friends visiting.

United States of AmericaCaulking around the tub has mildew which always seems to be the case for older hotels. That didn't bother me and the water pressure and showerhead were perfect.
Older hotel, however, attention is paid to giving a personal touch that you don't see in most Best Westerns. I enjoyed the bed firmness and found a pillow I liked among the choices on the bed. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast choices were plentiful and food was good!

United States of AmericaThe fact that it was the ADA room
So, a bit disappointed to be given the ADA room hated the idea that 2 mostly able-bodied people would take that from potential people who might need it. Now the room was surprisingly quiet and the bed was very comfortable when most hotels have a sheet of plywood for a mattress, the pillows were even better.

United States of AmericaThe second bed (single) was lumpy and didn't promote a good sleep. The refrigerator was noisy, it rattled the cabinet it was housed in.
Great proximity to the Evergreen Fairgrounds. Nice clean room with a great bath, set up to provide for a disabled adult. Dog friendly is a plus for those traveling with pets. Very nice breakfast buffet.

United States of AmericaThe bed pillows were so lumpy and uncomfortable that my first night I was awake for hours. My husband brought my pillow from home, and I slept okay the second night. Might be time to do some mattress replacement too (I was in room 307).
The staff is so happy, helpful, and friendly. I asked a desk clerk why the employees were so much more pleasant than at most Best Westerns. He credited easy going customers and a great boss! Another plus was substantial breakfast and abundant easy parking!

United States of AmericaThe manager (I'm assuming), older Hispanic male, told me I couldn't take my breakfast to my room due to "covid." I understand the importance of the safety protocols put into place, but this one made absolutely no sense. I brought leftovers back to my room the previous night; if they were really concerned about covid, they would've banned outside food. Not a big deal, but obnoxious. The gentleman hovered over the buffet table and argued with a guest as I was finishing breakfast.
The woman who checked us in, she was very pleasant and helpful.

United States of Americawe put food (left overs from the local italian restaurant so somewhat pricey food) in our fridge expecting to bring it with us on the road the next day only to find out in the morning that the fridge was not working and our food was all warm. And then when we tried to get continental breakfast offered at the hotel only to find out we are not allowed to bring it up to the room to eat, due to Covid we were not comfortable eating in the lobby by other people so we had to skip breakfast as well so we missed out on two meals. We stay in a lot of hotels and never have we ever been told we cannot eat breakfast up in our room, that was pretty frustrating.
Check in was great and we had a very professional employee working the front desk. We requested a quiet room and they went out of their way to find us the quietest available and It did not fail to disappoint, we slept great. The lobby was decorated phenomenally for Christmas and was very warm and inviting.
