The wet floors in the room, the way the curtons dont close and light comes through. The doors dont open easily. Just no up grades to the toilet, shower etc

The hotel was undergoing a brand change the day we arrived and things were very hectic, computer issues, rooms ready. After we got checked in, the staff was great. They were very stressed as were the customers waiting !

Bed very, very uncomfortable. Pillowcases worn to the point of pilling. Toilet seat so old that paint was cracked. Only one towel each and they were old. No comfortable chair in room except a swivel secretary type chair. Noisy A/C. Food for breakfast not replinished fully while we were there.

The staff at front desk were very nice. The coffee was decent. Our room was large.

I stayed 4 nights , and the room service keeper never came to clean my room . I had to go to the front desk to ask for my bathroom needs ( clean towels & washrags) . A cleaner was spotted and still decided to not clean the room as I left the premises .

Several things did not work correctly or not at all (water fountain and hand sanitizer stations throughout the lobby area). Housekeeping did not come for 2 days, even with the door placard asking for the room to be cleaned. Had to ask for fresh linens twice at the desk. The vending machine, although appearing to be stocked, took my money twice without ever dispensing product. There was no number to call the vendor.

The lady in charge of keeping breakfast items stocked was very nice and efficient. Always had a smile and was eager to be helpful. Breakfast had plenty of optikns, and got food was kept hot at all times. The desk staff was helpful when we approached with issues. The room was spacious.

well the inner quilt had big holes and when i asked third day to please change my linens and towels they told me that if i didn’t request it they don’t go every day im a chronic asthmatic i need to be in a clean room i explained that my emotional support dog that still a puppy she was in a crate so no worries in getting into the room. so when i come back she tells me i have your quilt on the dryer really!!! you are going to tell me that one quilt per room!!!

First room we were given was used and dirty and when we asked for another room, the front desk was very unfriendly about it. Bed is extremely hard and bathroom shower was dirty.

The breakfast was not really good. I had gravy biscuits and it was dry and the gravy had no flavor. My husband had the same but added cereal on the side and by the time he got everything ready for the cereal there was no milk.

The room was very spacious and very comfortable! I enjoyed the big king bed that was very comfortable. We had a lot of privacy and no loud noises throughout the night!

The carpet in the hallway needs cleaning. Needs to fix door handle on door. Also the elevator is very slow. Children running up and down the hallways while sleeping at night. Needs to spray for Rodents.

Very dated, sink in main room, no hand towels, rust on tub drain, door lock stuck, no place to plug in alarm clock, only one ice machine working.

The sink was not in the bathroom. The lighting for the sink cast shadows on your face while trying to shave or do makeup. If the sink is not going to be in the bathroom then racks or hooks need to be placed there for towels and wash cloths.

Room 121 The traffic noises and hallway were very loud which made it difficult to have a good night's sleep. There were no condiments for the coffee maker or cups/glasses in the room and only a bare minimum of toiletries. The bathroom is extremely small and the toilet tissue holder/dispenser is in a very bad location, causing some injury possibilities to your arm. Certainly not what to expect from a property of this price/reputation.

The staff and breakfast were very good, and the room was clean and comfy.
