You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Mexico- The wifi didn't work on my laptop, only on my cellphone and I couldn't work at the hotel. - There was a car that was parked in reverse, the muffler was on the side of the window, and the car was on for about 20 minutes and the smell was coming through the AC/DC, it was annoying.

United States of AmericaWe were missing a few items for our room. There was no shower curtain so getting ready in the morning was challenging and we had to clean up water all over the floor. Tissues would have been appreciated.
Staff was courteous, professional and super friendly. The facilities were clean and attractive. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. The pool looked great although not enough time to enjoy.

United States of AmericaI don't know how this could be corrected easily, but for a 2nd floor room, especially with my 82 yr old mother in law in our group, you really need an elevator. But as I said, that's not something easily fixed.
Our rooms air was already going. One had a small hot tub to relax for our event the following day. Breakfast was great, good selection and nice and full.
