Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The property was in need of a little help. There was a wrinkle in the hall carpet. They didn’t have enough pillows for us to have more than two.
The property was clean and the employees were kind.

Some loud people I think people living and working there. We’re outside my window at 11 at night with loud music playing in the truck. I had to ask them to shut it off. I could figure out how to turn on the shower. I could get the water on but couldn’t get the water to come out of the shower.

Notice the pool was closed
Pretty bummed the sites I looked at never said the pool was closed, that was my whole point of taking my kids.i asked if they could at least accommodate they said no... I asked if I could just cancel they said ya but they would still charge the cancelation fee, so I said screw it and stayed. I just wish they could have accommodated or something... not even a sorry

COVID protocols were loose at best. Staff were mask compliant but not enforcing anything. I had to exit the elevator because 3 people pushed their way in on me. They have 3 staircases, I'd suggest one of those.
bed was very comfortable. it was mostly quiet, some traffic noise but not bothersome at night.

Little too much of cigarette smell in the hallway to my room. I assume there were smoking rooms, however, smell was not good!

Staff unfriendly. Our Couch was extremely dirty and gross with pet hair on it and food stuck to it. The "LifeGuard" on duty was terrible. Even another staff worker was scolding him about how people are not allowed to go head first, etc. He let kids go down slide up to 5 at a time and head first (when sign clearly says feet first only). He did not even enforce the Hotels own rules. My daughter suffered a concussion the night of the stay because of this. She was hit in head by others knees and heads. We were up in the room with her all night monitoring her closely, she was throwing up and pale. Almost had to rush her to hospital but thankfully she was ok and concussion must of been mild.

The slide was not open but maybe 40 minutes the breakfast was quick and they didn’t serve us at nine my kids were in line and then it hit 930 and they declined serving. They are waiting in line the whole time.

The pool was lovely the whole hotel is clean, breakfast was great. The mobility room is wonderful. There's enough space to be able to move around using my cane and most likely my walker. The bathtub has a lovely bench for easier showering.

The beds were super uncomfortable they felt used for way too long. My husband and I immediately sank to the center of the bed and the other bed one side felt like the box springs was broken so I kept sliding off the side of the bed. The shower sucked there was barely any hot water and no pressure to the water

For starters we ended up being double charged for the room. When trying to clear up the issue we spoke to someone on the staff who was zero help. When we requested to speak to management the same staff member kept repeating " I just go through here"? Keep in mind this was someone at front desk. The room and halls were filthy. We even found stains on our bed which cood only be described as old blood or maybe hot chocolate had been spilled on it at some point. This is a low end hotel that seems to have been renovating for the last several years. We don't live far from property but we like to get a room now and then strictly for the kids to swim in pool which has a waterslide.
The only reason we stay at this hotel is for the swimming pool facilities.
