Overall, this place is great! My only complaint would be that there isn't recycling on property & there are a ton of disposable items as room amenities, as opposed to reusables (although I understand that with staffing issues this can be the only option).

The staff at this hotel was so helpful and friendly. We needed five rooms and had to change the reservation and they were so accommodating. Cameron greeted us and had us laughing and checked in quickly. Highly recommend.

There is really nothing about this place that we did not like other than not having access to an elevator to assist a partially handicapped member of our party. He was able to manage and so it really wasn't an issue. If you even think you need handicap accessability, make sure you reserve that kind of room.

I was impressed with a fairly updated and clean place to stay. The check-in and check-out process were both easy and quick. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable.

It’s a quiet place and we like our room which is on the first floor next to our parking space. Most of the people are very nice and helpful.

I reserved three rooms for six people, but they insisted we had called and cancelled one of the rooms. That was a mistake, but they were overbooked and could not restore the third room. All ended well, though, as they put a rollaway in one of the two rooms and gave us that room at half price. One of our group had cancelled, so we had a wonderful time.

The beds were very comfy and the rooms were clean. The location was wonderful--right off the highway but up a driveway and so it was very quiet. The pool was lovely and quiet, too.

Overall, I can't say enough good things about this property! With a close proximity to Glacier National Park, the small town of Bigfork, and Flathead Lake, it was the perfect little place for my mom and I to stop on our cross-country roadtrip. From the minute we got there - super early for check in, I might add - the staff was friendly, gracious, and welcoming. Although the lodging isn't exactly upscale, it was clean and comfortable, and had a very cute retro vibe. We especially loved the lawn chairs which were ideal for enjoying a cold beverage under the stars at the end of a long day hiking or exploring the area. Ditto for the pool, which was one of the few we found during our travels as many properties closed theirs' due to staffing shortages. We saw signs of short-handedness at this property too, with many staff members wearing multiple hats and performing duties outside of their normally assigned job description or staying for extremely long shifts. Through it all, everyone we encountered was friendly and good-natured, and you could tell they worked hard to ensure the comfort of their guests. We appreciated all of the efforts put in and definitely felt like this was one of the best stays of our trip!

The sink did not have hot water and had a very low stream of water. The shower was okay though. The A/C fan was loud and kept cycling about every minute which made it difficult to sleep at night. But the location of the motel was quiet.

The room was large with plenty of space. The pool area was also nice. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional.

There was an item left in the refrigerator from the previous guest. Odor was slightly dank. Its an older motel and outdated. Due to high season vacationing the prices were high. Could have used another blanket.

No elevator... but only because I was exhausted from 2 days in Yellowstone and didn’t want to carry my heavy suitcase up the stairs.

I booked last minute while heading north. Don’t be surprised by the aged look because this place is great! Loved the laminate flooring as it felt much cleaner than carpet. Our room was a nice size, bed was super comfortable and the staff friendly. Great overnight stay!

There was nothing about the property itself, the only downside for our stay was how early all of the food places nearby closed.

Just the first initial drive into the property parking lot was awesome; with a little surrounding forest of trees and the quiet almost hidden location. The front desk girl was very professional and helpful and the rooms were exceptionally clean. This was our first trip to Montana and staying here definitely made it more memorable. The pool, while a little on the small side, had a nice deep end and was heated. It sits right between the nearby town and Flat Head Lake which made it the perfect location for vacation. If we ever come back to the area we will definitely stay here again.

There is no real benefit to the upper floors regarding a view if Senior. Stairwells are not an easy climb.

It was really overpriced (IMO) for what you get. It was off season, so not busy and they charged you for everything. Pet fee, yes always willing to pay. But an early check in fee, for being 2 hours early during off season seems unreasonable. Also when we got into our room there was toothpaste stains on the counter.

While we didn't use the pool or hot tub it looked really nice!

They overcharged me an entire room stay for 3 nights! Can't reach anyone to resolve the issue. I tried to resolve it at the hotel during the stay and they basically said to bad the charge had already gone through.
