The beauty of this hotel is the location. The issue with Cape Cod is that there is a limited supply of places to stay. This one fits the bill just fine. It's overpriced since it's cape cod, but exactly what you would expect. It works!

It's not fancy. The windows rattle in the wind. It looks they tried to caulk the windows together but it didn't quite work. IT like it was made from inexpensive materials. So it's not one of those cute cedar shingle places. It's a motel. It's pretty much what we expected.

It's affordable and near Provincetown. It was available last minute when my campground made me get out for the Hurricane. I liked that I could walk to a private little piece of beach on the bay and that there was an indoor pool with hot tub. Basic -- no tropic plants or anything. It smells heavily of chlorine, but at least they use chlorine.

Great location not too far from the hustle and bustle of downtown Provincetown. Could easily bike around or catch an Uber. Beautiful private beach. You could tell that the rooms were older but immaculate preserved and super clean. Just a quick trip for us but would definitely stay here again.

Toilet ran continuously, asked front desk to have that checked plus black mold on toilet , that was due to humidity and not careful cleaning.

The only thing was the distance between the end of the walkway and the beach. Being older it was a bit tough.

The pictures (submitted by Booking.com users) make it appear you step out of your room and onto the sand. The reality is only 1 building is close enough to do that.

The room was clean and stylish. The property is a short walk to the water. It was close to Provincetown. There is also a indoor pool and a firepit.

The outlets are only 15 amp not 20 so you’ll need to bring plug adapters to plug in your electronics.

It was a whole process to figure out billing at the end. They did get it right, but we were made to feel like our fault when they charged our cards a extra.

Has beach front access. The ice machine has quality ice. Big rooms and bathroom. They keep the place clean.

Shower hardware was old and nasty; weird leak kept forming on bathroom floor; there was a mystery stain on the wall above the TV; beds were ok for a night, but not very comfy

Light over vanity and sink didn’t work and refrigerator needs to be replaced because seal is torn and doesn’t stay closed easily.

The beds were comfortable. The pool was nice and location was nice because there’s an indoor pool, private beach and bus into town is a real plus.

Shower enclosure was cracked. Front windows need replacing. Broken tile in bathroom. Sheets were like sandpaper. Parking was a bit tight.

It was very clean and quiet. Maid service every day with fresh towels. Right on the bus line into provincetown. Right on the Bayside beach. Indoor pool. Not a fancy place, but acceptable and good value for provincetown. Rooms in the building across the street face the dunes for a spectacular sunrise.

Drawers of dressers and kitchen drawers smelled a little mildewy. Toilet had a mildly foul odor even when thorpuhjly flushed. Maid only came in on two days to make bed, etc.

No breakfast provided. Had a well equipped kitchenette, A/C, and two televisions. Attractive landscaping which gave some privacy.
