Only problem-refrigerator even after adjusting froze our food. Was more like a freezer than a fridge even on lowest setting.

The bathroom is in severe need of upgrading. The toilet is TOO SMALL AND TOO LOW TO THE GROUND! The water pressure in shower was pathetic! Had to work too hard to get a satisfactory amount of product out of the pump bottles for the shampoo/conditioner. However, it is nice not to have those little individual bottles that fill our landfills! Thanks!

Loved the location…off the main drag. Very pretty, quiet and serene. Liked the no pet policy. I know that is a hot spot for many travelers, but it is more comfortable for those who don’t have pets or make other arrangements for pet care while ON VACATION! The beds and bedding, including pillows were VERY comfortable! Liked the convenience of the fridge, microwave and safe. The facility was very accommodating; i.e: ice machine, vending, outside tables, etc. Will stay again.

Had to wait to get a turn in the hot tub. One was not working (being repaired).. A bit of a challenge to get food/meals in town. Tourist towns are being hurt by the gov stimulus bonuses--tough to find workers when they make more not working.

Once we got our turn, the hot tubs were nice. Beautiful location. Close to perimeter trail and box canyon falls. Ouray is a fun town to visit. We've stayed here before and we'll be back again.

The robes for the hot tub would've been nice, thought they weren't available due to Covid but read other people got them. It was chilly at night Memorial Day weekend and we ended up not using the tubs, didn't pack anything to wear over bathing suits to walk back to room. I know, silly excuse.

Beautiful surroundings! Room was clean, beds were comfortable-not too hard or too soft. Nice having a refrigerator & microwave in room. Sadly, we didn't get robes to use for the hot tub and foolishly didn't get in them. Coffee & pastries were available in the lobby for breakfast. Lots of hiking near by, close enough to walk to restaurants. Nice hosts. Lovely stay. Plan on returning and will definitely try hot tubs!

I have no complaints.

The location was great- beds are super comfy and the property is immaculate. We had a great time in Ouray. Ate great food and met some of the nicest people in Colorado. Rent a car however. You can walk everywhere in town but to drive to all of the beautiful areas surrounding Ouray its worth it. This property is tucked away but easy access to the main road.

Floors squeaked. Thankfully we were on the second floor, but felt bad for those under us.

Only problem was had to ask twice for new towels but otherwise it's a very nice place.

Very easy to locate. Right at the start of main at 3rd and at end of the street. Not much traffic. Hardly any noise. Comfortable beds. Good amount of hangers. Management friendly. We were early, room not ready but we were able to do laundry anyway.

The bathroom wasn't cleaned when we arrived (hair in the shower) and they wouldn't give us extra pillows for our bed.

The location and views were amazing. The private hot springs were definitely the highlight of this place.

Hot tubs were luke warm. 3 of them non functional. Ice machine was broke for our entire stay. They had some bag ice but you had to find staff who seemed to be always missing. Then they rationed you 1/3 of the ice bucket amount was all. Sheets wouldn't stay on the bed, elastic wore out. Asked to speak to the owners and got zero follow up.

Staff. The breakfast was not open when they said it would be. No one was around, I had to call and leave a message. Over an hour after they said they opened in the morning for breakfast. I will say our check-in staff the evening before was excellent! Very kind young man.

LOVED the location. I had a waterfall view! The hot springs were amazing! Hands down our favorite place in all of CO!
