We requested the pool to be heated and paid extra for that (which was pretty expensive), however when we arrived the pool was cold. The next morning the pool was still cold. We were only able to use the pool the second evening (2 night stay) as we had to vacate the premises early the last morning. I was unhappy that the full cost of heating the pool was still charged even though we were only able to use the pool for one of the evenings.

The property itself was nice and clean and over all comfortable with more than enough room for my family. The rooms were nice and spacious and the pool perfect for the little ones. I love that the property was in a good location and accessible to everything. There were plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping nearby in addition to I-Drive and Disney not too far away. It is a really nice place and we plan to visit again before the end of the year.

Although the home was literally accommodating with almost everything except sponges to clean dishes and no full size body mirrors

We have previously stayed with Storey Lake location and loved the convenience and cleanliness. Love that it is fully furnished with private pool with heating capabilities and swimming towels. Spacious with each family member having their own private room and plenty of bathrooms. Each bathroom had plenty of hand towels face towels and bath towels hair dryer in each bathroom so no one had to wait their turn to do their hair. Host was easily available to communicate any questions or concerns. Love the up to date appliance. Fridge freezer, microwave dishwasher stove dual oven and oven was even an air fryer blender toaster coffee maker The whole ambience of the house was open clean modern and bright. Princess room was so adorable and the Harry Potter room was fun. The other 2 bedrooms upstairs each had its own closet and bathroom. Master bathroom had his and her sinks with separate area for the toilet. Each bathroom had a blower. TVs in each room. Two bedrooms downstairs. One queen and other 2 twin beds. 3 bedrooms upstairs. One king. One queen and other 2 twins beds. Code access to home. Dining area was lovely as we were able to all sit and enjoy our meals. Really convenient for the baby high chair. Granddaughter able to join is at the table for meals. Tons of counter space in the kitchen. I love how open it was adjoining the dining area and living area. Home equipped with washer and dryer as well. Along with mop, mop bucket, broom and dust pan, dish soap, trash bags

The garbage collection was slow.

The location was great. I liked that it was in a community with other families. The surrounding area was clean and we felt like we were at home. The house was very clean and tastefully decorated. The beds were super comfortable and the host was responsive to our needs.

My family enjoy all the amenities of this townhouse. I love how clean and beautifully decorated the townhouse was and the beds were very comfortable. The location was great. I will rebook this townhouse on my next booking if it is available.

Carpets but it’s because I have allergies!

It was in a gate community with access to pool etc plus it was a good size house with enough bedrooms for our family. Fence in pool with a nice size kitchen. Beds were comfortable and 4 full bathrooms ! Large capacity washer and dryer(you have to provide your own liquid detergent)! 15 minute to Disney depending on traffic . About 30 minute to universal depending on traffic.

The WiFi kept dropping out when we were in the upstairs bedrooms, not sure if there needs to be a booster upstairs.

The decor and standard of furnishings are high. Beautiful home with new facilities, all furniture was of the highest standard. The pool area was small but lovely and met our needs. The house was spotless and the host was amazing at responding and even brought us a kettle when we arrived as there wasn't one when we arrived. The shared pool facilities were spotless and the children loved the lazy river. 5 mins walk away. Perfect location for Disney.
