Bed pillows were too big. Feather stuffed pillows would have been more comfortable. No black outs curtains in the room so if you are sensitive to light and want to sleep late, not really ideal. I am afraid that most of hotels around are the same... Breakfast, although good fell a bit short of variety.

Very comfortable and nicely decorated rooms. The bed was very comfortable. Although we did not use them, the outside heated jacuzzi and pool were very tempting. Location of the hotel was great. Nice atmosphere inside.

Like all Provincetown properties rates are becoming very high.

Friendly helpful staff, impeccable garden areas with a great pool. One block from Commercial St. I brought my dogs and the staff fussed over them.

That place has the nicest people employed! Everyone was always polite, attentive and exceptionally cheery! The welcome tour to show us around was very helpful, too. The facilities at Brass Key Guesthouse are great. The location couldn't be better ☺️

It was amazing! Awesome location, the absolutely perfect place for relaxing, meeting new people, and enjoying every minute of your life. Breakfast exceeded our expectations. It was different every morning but still wonderful! The patio with fireplace was our favorite place to spend the evening and we met a lot of great people and hope we made some friends! Kenneth thank you for your warm welcome and helping explore new places! We'll come back for sure!

The property is pristine and the decor is beautiful both inside common areas, guest rooms and the outdoor gathering spaces. Staff and management was exceptional. The breakfast was delicious and the staff there were also welcoming and warm. Great location, walking distance to cafes, bars, restaurants and shops.

The staff was amazing! The grounds were spectacular - every time you rounded a corner, there was another private little sitting area. We didn't get to stay long enough and although this was our first time to P'town, it won't be our last! They made our short trip memorable and we can't wait to come back and stay here specifically. The staff went above and beyond and their kindness truly made the difference.

We had to change our room because the shower wasn't working. Our next room the t.v. in the bedroom wasn't working and the bed was on a slant , kept rolloing to the outside.

The heated pool and jacuzzi where amazing and having poolside cocktails was the best! The Shipwrecked bar opens to the public at 5 and oye definitely a hotpot in PTown! So much fun! Returning next month with friends !
