We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe front desk representative was very helpful and accommodating, and our experience checking in and out very positive. Separately, however, the condition of the facilities and overall cleanliness (or, perhaps more appropriately, lack of cleanliness) left much to be desired. Fortunately, the window air conditioner units were fully functional, and kept the rooms cool.

United States of AmericaThe bathroom and sleeping quarters has black mold. The tub was filthy. The maid forgot to clean my room prior to check in and they rushed to clean it. Door didn’t lock properly. They charged me twice for one night stay. The room was worth $20 at most not $64. Everything was gross. The free Wi-Fi they advertised didn’t work. I didn’t have phone reception so I was mislead that the internet worked. I would highly recommend sleeping in your vehicle instead. If you don’t believe me go see for yourself.

Since I was there to visit family, I only used the motel for sleeping. I'd get there around 10-10:30 at night and leave as soon as I got up in the morning, so it was perfect for my needs.

Due to the rooms being very disgusting, roaches in the rooms, broken shower faucets, mold on the ceilings and the air conditioners, two of the toilets leaked into the floor. Showers were very dirty. Floors were very very dirty. Towels were the size of hand towels.

United States of AmericaArrived late night, no other available hotels, the smell of the room was overwhelming, the bath room was stained, missing tiles, and leaking water. The air conditioner looked like is was filled with stuff, we never turned it on. Got a few hours of sleep, left by 5am. Brushed teeth in parking lot with bottled water because we would not use the bathroom. Thank god I only had my boys; otherwise, I’d be divorced by now.

United States of AmericaThe property is off the interstate and alone which isn’t bad. But the rooms are horrible. Truly they are. The sheets and bed pillows are yellow from how old they are. The mattresses are brown and super old. Our room smelled like cigarettes. The bathroom was worst. The shower curtain had mold and was yellow as well and their were boards behind the toilet telling you not to move them because they were holding up the wall. I honestly don’t know how the health department has not closed them down yet. We had our kids sleep fully clothed and slept about 5 hours and woke up and left. Please read reviews listen to what majority people are writing. This was the one hotel on our cross country trip that I booked on a whim. It was gross.

United States of AmericaThe place is so old & the carpet was ripped & filthy. It had a microwave & mini fridge but I had to move them to reach a plug in. I’m not sure but I think some of the guys outside partying live there! It definitely was a no frills place & could use a good cleaning!
