The hotel offers shuttle service to the airport and the Mall of America. The rooms are large and many are undergoing renovation.

First front desk check in person was not helpful at all, couldn’t find my reservation, after seeing my frustration the other check in person was helpful and made my daughter feel better as she was upset and crying.

Shuttle service needs improved. Shuttle seats are really dirty and stained. Called for shuttle from Mall back to hotel, told it would be a five minute wait which turned into almost an hour 😕 waiting outside in the heat. Shuttle to the airport took me to the wrong terminal, I had to go through security at the airport twice, along with taking a metro train to get to the right terminal. (If this was the only shuttle drop off spot, I think that transfer should be explained so people don't make the same mistake I did and wait in line for an hour (or possibly more!) to get through security only to find out it's the wrong terminal!!!

Clean room, nice pool, good breakfast. Front desk staff were very nice.

Low volume shower hard to wash hair. Staff on evening shift were not helpful to locate restaurant or other questions.

They were under construction, and my personal opinion is that they should rent the rooms out until they are finished. Are rooms were missing a lot of the trim and could have been a little cleaner.

The room size was excellent. And the King Suite had two bathrooms, which was very nice

The TV didn't work. The bathtub wasn't that clean when I got there Lastly, the bathtub was clogged.

I wish the shuttle schedules were more accessible. I arrived late and did not know if a shuttle was available. Paid a cab a crazy amount to get there. The next day I had to ask about shuttle times. Wish they had been in the room or posted at the desk.

The location was great and the new decorating was very nice. The yellow was a great touch. Made it feel modern. I only stayed 1 night but the staff was no nice when I checked in at 10:30 pm.

Zaman was very helpful along with the other staff members .The shuttle drivers were friendly also.I would recommend it for those who need to relax or just get away...a great and quiet atmosphere.

I thought it was pricey this time. We usually get better rates. Especially going through Booking.com. Not sure why that was a thing this time.

They had 24 hr shuttle service to and from airport. (& Other places) We arrived about 1am due to delayed flight. Breakfast was good. Pools looks super fun. We didn't use it. They have exercise room, but we were in a hurry to get to the next leg of our trip. As always, the dates and pillows are why we ALWAYS choose Comfort Inn!!!!

It Was obvious that the housekeeping staff used incense in the room Or missed it during their cleaning as I found the remnants, one in the bathroom and one in the living area also the hot water valve in the bathroom sink leaked and the sensor for the heat lamp in the bathroom was broken. I informed the front desk but I don’t think they really cared.

shuttle service was great although Vehicles Definitely were used in both seat belts were not working at least the ones me wife tried. Drivers were very friendly and informative. Front desk personnel were friendly and courteous although they failed to let the housekeeping staff know we had a late check out, which was a surprise for both the housekeeper and us.

The shuttle from the airport was delayed. I called three times and the driver only left after the third call. Not sure why but it would have been nice if they were more transparent about any delays. The morning driver was great though and very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was very nice. The staff was also very friendly.
