Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaWe visit every year and stay at Cabana. We have always had rooms in the Bayside Tower. This year we were placed in the Americana which was not great. Sugar ants were in both beds, the safe wasn't working and had to wait for staff to replace the battery. Walk to the room was too far.

BrazilIn the last few years, I have always stayed at this hotel, and I loved it! I think it is the eighth time that I have stayed at Cabana, I have always recommended it to my friends, but this time I had a very bad experience with a completely ruined room. Peeling bathtub, damaged benches and sofas, bed with holes in the mattress… horrible! The staff promptly changed our room and apologized, but I think the rooms need urgent renovation! I reinforce that I love this hotel, but I'm rethinking it if they don't make improvements to the rooms especially.
I love the location, the family suite (with living room and kitchen), the facilities are great and the swimming pool is amazing for kids!

United States of AmericaThere was a water leak from the air conditioner at room 1437 where we were staying and an engineer came to solve the problem but no one came to dry it up and the rug was soaked and wet.
Over the theme of the resort.

United States of AmericaWe wished there was one waitstaff restaurant. But I can see why they done because it’s a big property and the wait would be long. So we just walked next door to another property and ate at the rooftop bar.
Loved the location, the room setup, the casual food and dessert options that were so fast and easy. It had a fun 1960’s vibe. It is perfect for families and large groups.

United States of AmericaClean rooms. Quiet at our location. The food options were good. The portions were acceptable for the prices. Very family friendly. The late night stop at the Malt Shoppe was a hit with the kids after a long at the parks. Close proximity to Volcano Bay (Literally next door. See the picture attached.) Easy 0.9 mile walk from the resort to the nice small security entry near Islands of Adventure took around 20 minutes. It is wide path along the river taxi route with the other resorts and very peaceful. We only used the Shuttle once to the parks (to experience it) and that took us to the crowds entering together (very crowded). Highly recommend the short walk back and forth via the short line security entrance. Close to the Airport. 20 miles. Took about the same amount of driving time as walking to the parks. Orlando's airport is crazy busy every time we are there. Overhead announcement when we left for United Airlines was need for bags to be checked FOUR (4) hours before take off. I would never leave less than 3 hours before a flight out of Orlando to allow for the unforeseen headaches it presents. But the Uber/Lyft was less than $50 with tip for us, so great not to rent a car for the week.

United States of AmericaOur family suite was facing a parking lot with a lot of traffic. Would’ve liked a room with a view of the pool. The bowling is limited to the amount of people in your group. Since there were only 2 of us they cut us off at 45 minutes even though we had a reservation. Rooms are outdated. Very outdated.
Breakfast selection is good. A lot of choices and grab and gos! The set up could be better. The food is cold by the time you walk around the barred off area to reach the tables but they do have a microwave at that section. A lot to do! Make s’mores outdoors at the fire pits, pools and a slide for the kids, the lazy river, an arcade, bowling, a very move gift shop. Room was spacious and clean.
