You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

One of the biggest unexpected perks was that you could walk to everything! It was our 1st visit but it will not be our last!

United States of AmericaI would like to have a small, rotating fan in the bathroom that is mounted at a higher level and controlled by a timer. This way, I could leave it on as I leave the room and the towels would be blown dry.
Host was polite, friendly and helpful. The kitchen and bath were nicely updated. The bed and bath had wonderful linens. Nice to have a place decorated with a "personality" instead of sterile, typical hotel rooms. Breakfast had choices which included a "special".

It was adorable with every amenity we could hope for. The kitchen was stocked with water and breakfast food. Both TV's had a DVD player, and there was a good selection of DVD's available in the room. The best thing was that it was decorated for Christmas. Please see my pictures and you'll know what I mean!
