Rooms are a bit dated, office chair in room was shredded And very worn.

Staff was excellent, I appreciate the food service, and the 24 hour snack offering.

We requested cleaning service two days and the room was not cleaned either day. Other than that our stay was perfect.

Only three bath towels in bathroom. Had to request a towel and hand soap. Not enough drinking glasses. Even tho we stayed two nights perhaps housekeeping could make the bed, empty wastebaskets and replenish supplies after the first night.

It was pricey. Not for what we got necessarily -- I appreciated the location and safety I felt at the hotel given the alternatives that were lower priced -- but for an overnight stay it was more than I would have expected to pay. Breakfast was not included in the price.

I am not sure, but it sounded like we were potentially upgraded upon checkin. The room itself was very well appointed and the bed was comfortable. There were amenities that we could have taken advantage of but didn't, though if it had been an extended stay we likely would have.

We thought breakfast was included (per booking.com genius status) but this was not the case. But no matter because our friends took us to an awesome breakfast place (First Watch)... likely way better than hotel food.

There was a wall that divided the sofabed and the bed...bonus: 2 TVs (no fighting needed). Location, location, location. (Food/groceries right across the parking lot.) Tesla EV charging available... working and in good functioning order. We called prior to getting in. (The man I spoke with said they just replaced the broken one.)

I wish that the bar would have been open, had to wear masks in all public areas of the hotel. Wish breakfast was less expensive (I did not try the breakfast because of the price).

I liked the location of the hotel, the friendliness of the staff, the staff's attention to my requests, the room, the comfort of the bed, the quietness of my room, the big bathtub, the hot showers, the "Privacy" tag that I could hang on my door so that I was never disturbed by the cleaning staff.

Wall paper was peeling in all the rooms and one of the TVs in my room didn’t work so couldn’t really use the couch.

My room was smelly. My fridge still had other guests food and drinks inside. And my body wash was empty. I had to get out of shower and go downstairs to ask for me because my hotel phone wasn’t working either.

Kind of outdated, bed was very hard and the linen did not smell clean. Carpeting is old and the cough was sunken and stained.

Always super clean, staff is so friendly, the pool and gym are great, and our room was nice.

Room was very dirty. Lamp shades had spatters on them ironing board was dirty. Bathroom was weird the light fixtures were off from the mirror and uneven. Nothing stocked tissues were empty. Pull out bed was the worst you could feel the springs and no blankets sheets or pillows for it. Our youngest stayed with her sister because the bed was so terrible.

Loved the fact that no smoking and no pets were allowed in the hotel! Only one we have found in Fort Collins. Will be our go to hotel everything we visit our son.

The check in process is not great, very disorganized and takes way to long. The day I checked in I had an electric car that badly needed to be charged. There were three work trucks parked in the electric charging station spaces and the management refused to do anything about it. Which means I had to tow my car to a charging station the morning of my check out. Thanks guys. There is no bottled water available. The restaurant is not great, serves low quality food that they charge a lot of money for. During this stay, the front desk agent had to come up and spend 15 minutes in my room playing with the direct TV box to get it to work. Shortly after she left, it stopped working again and never worked a moment again during my stay. Management seems unbothered by the mediocre experience guests have here.

The beds are super comfy and I love their pillows. Rooms overall aren't bad.
