There was no milk available at breakfast. When I inquired I was told it would be 30 minutes before they would have any. The apple juice had bits of brown gunk in it. The pool has not been open for over a year.

The upgrades are wonderful and modern. We stay here a lot and it is a great price.

I definitely did not like the surprise $50 refundable fee for the room incase something was torn up. I mean I understand the reasoning, but I was not going to be there long enough to hurt anything and now they are holding my money hostage until the bank gives it back. There were not many choices for breakfast. the plastic silverware they had there was ONE spoon when I went down. How does one put cream cheese on a bagel with a fork? For someone who isn't allowed much sugar they definitely need better options.

the room seemed to be semi clean. there were towels in the bathroom without having to ask for extras.

The lady when we checked in was very nice the lady at check out wasn’t near as friendly. Our room didn’t have wash clothes the tub wouldn’t drain without putting a cloth on the handle and the tv wouldn’t turn up. The room was clean and the beds were good. Good value for price

The location felt safe. The renovations created a really crisp and clean space. The breakfast was perfect for my child, as he can eat a carbohydrate loaded breakfast. The front desk employee was super helpful and friendly.

Refrigerator leaking[Dead bugs on sheets toilet seat and toilet very dirty jetted tub made more noise then jetted out water. Staff did clean room up and change my bed sheets.

It wasn’t until I got there, and saw the sign, that I realized it was a Motel 6. Yes, there was a pool, and the room had a jet tub(lovely) IDK, 200$ for one night seemed steep. Otherwise My stay was pleasant.

The rooms weren’t cleaned very well, we had to go buy our own bleach wipes and clean everything in order for us to stay the night. The bathroom didn’t have toilet paper and there was crumbs in all the corners. The hallways smelled like smoke even though they dont allow smoking. The pool water was also COLD. I wasn’t expecting it to be hot tub warm or anything but it was so cold it was almost numbing.

The guy who checked us in at night (6/25) was awesome! He actually communicated with the guests and wasn’t trying to hide out behind the front desk. The location was okay! There was a CARNIVAL close by While we were there! And stores in case you need to go buy some essentials.

I didn't like that the smoke detector was beeping and the front desk guy told us that we were just going to have to deal with it until morning when the maintenance guy could come and would not refund us our money or give us a different room because there was a problem with that room

The staff for confrontational and argumentative I asked for a wake up call I get to the road there was no phone I also had no blanket when I asked for him he said they were in the washer when I asked for one other room that was to be rented at the time you said you wouldn't do that I didn't get a blanket until almost 11:00 that night

Upon check-in, I requested a 1st floor room for health reasons since there was no elevator. I was denied. My co-worker checkin in about an hour after and was puzzlingly granted a 1st floor room.
