Amazing location and beautiful venue! The pool was fantastic. Very comfortable beds! The veranda was lovely. The grounds were stunning.

Our room, in the Club House which is separate from the Inn part, was tight quarters due to the size of the furnishings. This room really should only be for a queen bed and not a four post wooden bed. Tight corners to get to sitting area and the restroom. The rooms are really in need of a complete makeover.

The Inn is lovely. The front porch is delightful to enjoy a cocktail with the most amazing views. Having bikes available for use was so fun. The pool was refreshing and clean.

Beautiful property and views, great restaurant, pricey but worthwhile splurge for summer getaway with spouse. Free bikes and access to pool at nearby annex are a bonus. We stayed in the main house.

I stayed in a different property than I was led on when I booked for this stay. I was under the impression that I was going to stay at the resort which is closer to the ocean and not the inn that is one third away. Secondly, the room doesn't have proper AC or Heater so it's hard to sleep with the sound of the heater running.

The staff was friendly and accommodating prior to my arrival and post-check-out.

Catered very much to couples. has a wonderful treat in the morning of croissant's muffins and scones. Nice espresso machine in lobby of clubhouse. The grounds were beautiful. The staff was amazing, very friendly!

I was told I would have a private entrance. I did not. I was not told I'd be on the second floor with no elevator with my arthritic knees. I thought I would have access to the lawn and its chairs over looking the ocean, but I was a half mile away from them in the woods overlooking two dumpsters. When I complained, I was rebuffed and told it was Booking.com's fault.

I was a bit shocked by the clubhouse room being 3/4 miles away but the staff called a bugy. Looking back booking.com did specify this but in small prints. I think it is fairer to make this more obvious in the title. But the room is actually spacious, very comfortable bed and quiet. Great for a good night sleep.

Starting with Check in at 3pm, no one was at the desk. Had to wait almost 25 mins. There were additional guests also waiting to check in. The same with check out!! A note at cottage house, note stated for us to call, I did “no answer” The note also said go to main desk, which we did. No one was there either, only a note explaining they stepped away. The bathroom door in our room doesn’t close, rugs throughout the cottage house are stained and gross. Rooms need serious updating, the cottage is tired and dated. Having an Inn located in Kennebunkport ME know your clientele, start with service, standards and raise the bar regarding conditions of cottage house. Someone should be available at check in, with helper to bring guest’s luggage upstairs. The biggest positive The Help Staff, house cleaners were All friendly, helpful, kind and professional. The waitresses at Ocean were also friendly, kind and professional. Had it not been for the help we would have felt as No one was managing the inn. For what you are charging you should have desks staffed, pristine conditions throughout the rooms/building, and friendly management.
