The rooms were clean-the beds were comfortable. There was a kitchenette set up-although there wasnt any bowls/plates/utensils or cooktop indoor/outdoor pools were cleaned each evening. The walk to the beach was short and easy especially for the handicapped. The bar was great. The restaurant had a Sunday brunch that was worth it!

I found my pillow with make up stain the room was not really clean I just don’t like to make dramas and I bring my own bed clothes so I don’t have to sleep in dirty bed set they need to make a better cleaning most of the people travel with kids we need a cleaning room bathroom and floor

Room was "updated" but it was just cosmetic. Still old in many ways. The exhaust fan in bathroom as well as light over the sink/mirror did not work. We were unable to ever adjust our thermostat. The screen lit up, but nothing was on the screen. It was cold and I slept with a hoodie on. Then suddenly the morning we were checking out all of a sudden the thermostat was reading a current temp of 65, a d then it was set at 80. Again, we could not adjust it.

Great location and enjoyed the view from ocean front room. Nigel, the DJ around Tsunami bar and grill was very entertaining. Food and drinks were good.

The hotel really needs a quality upgrade in the rooms and hallways It looks like they had done some renovations, but did not hire a quality contractor or designer to facilitate and do the work. There are drop ceilings in the halls and bathrooms that are about 7' high. No kitchen and bathroom counter was the same and the workmanship was shoddy. Baseboards were different, meaning in one area it was one carpet type and in another area it was a different carpet. Bathroom vanity tops were different and pipes below the sink were exposed. I could hear the water in the ceiling. The bathroom door at the bottom was rotted. They just need to really go through the rooms and halls and do a quality renovation for the prices that they are charging for stays. I was very disappointed and probably won't go back.

The hotel has plenty of activities for the family and is on the beach. They have daily entertainment and good food options with great customer service. All employees were nice and professional.

Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Very thin comforter. Sofa bed lumpy and could feel all the springs. Bathrooms not super clean. Could use some overall updates. The indoor pool was cloudy and lighting was dark.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Lots of amenities and kept kids busy! Location is great on the beach. Parking was easy.

The cleanliness, there is no option of a guest laundry.

The hotel need to be updated. There is a lot that needs to be done about the update (overall update) and the option of having a gues laundry must be added. The hotel must hire a good manager that sets new rules for cleaning. The cleanliness must be of a high level for the price we pay for the rooms. It has a great location but a lot of update is requred and must be done before the next season.

We absolutely love this hotel. We always get ocean front so we can sit on the balcony and listen to the live music they have. The food at the restaurant/bar is fantastic!

My room had some signs of mold damage in the bathroom and damage to the walls. The bathroom light had to be fixed twice which maintenance came right up and did a great job with! But just felt icky about the other things.

The pools and restaurants were great! The game rooms and lobby areas were great for lounging and people watching.

Super Small elevators and long wait time. a lot of super young employees who weren’t as warm and welcoming. Our AC unit did not work when we checked in so they had to switch our rooms. 3 maintenance people came in (young again) and did not attempt to fix anything before switching us. Food and drinks were ridiculously expensive. Food was okay. Parking was annoying.

I liked how it had an outside part for children to play.

The surrounding edges of the pool had many poddles full of fungus and mold. The beds were very stiff.

It’s beach front, far from the boarwalk and the kids were entertained the entire time we were there.

The pool hours were very short and the rooms could use some updating. The drain in the bathtub was rusty.

The room was nice and the hotel easy to get in and out of.

The roll-away bed but did cause our room to be a bit tighter for the 5 of us. I do wish there wasn't a charge for every single thing and that the prices for dining at the hotel weren't so high. It also would've been nice if all of the arcade games were in proper working order or at least had signage regarding their offline status during our stay. That would've saved us some wasted tokens and a trip to the front desk.

The location was top notch! We could literally walk out, onto the beach. The room was a decent size and delivered a partial ocean view, as promised. In order to accomodate our 3 children, we requested a roll-away bed, which was a good size. The extra amenities (i.e. ice skating rink, bistro, arcade, gift shop, outdoor bar/grille, etc) were definitely a plus and helped make our stay more enjoyable. However, the free activities (i.e. Family Movie Night, etc.) were a nice touch.

The hotel was very crowded. It was a very small pool for a lot of guests. Could have been a little cleaner.

I liked that it was on the beach. There were places across the street to walk to. The kids liked the skating rink
