Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaIt was odd to me that in such a nice hotel there weren’t any robes. The soap dispensers in our room were broken and there wasn’t a mini bar with anything. But really my main issue was my boyfriend had a medical emergency in the middle of the night and we needed our car from valet. There was no one out which made sense at 4 am but when I went to find someone I was yelled at by the person working there while my boyfriend was experiencing a medical emergency and it really rubbed me the wrong way. He could have said “how can I help you” versus “you can’t be here” - I simple knocked at the door to the staff area - I did not walk in. It wasn’t a good feeling.
The beach was beautiful and the rooms were beautiful too very big. 99.9% of the staff were fantastic I know they were under stress with the new bar opening that day. The pool was lovely and it really just was an awesome stay.

United States of AmericaThere is construction going on so hard to relax on the beach or pool while construction equipment is going by and all the noise. Service was very slow at restaurant & beach. Overpriced especially during construction.
We like the private beach and views from our balcony.

United States of Americait is not a luxury or by any mean a start 5 property. our room was terribly outdated and dirty. shower had mildew all over. even after i complained and was told it was going to be deep clean, it never was. broken tiles on the floor. mildew on night table between glass and wood. the toilet holder was missing and just had the medal on the wall we stayed here for the beach, well was an unpleasant surprise. they large rocks lined up on front of the water, assuming for the resent storm. if you want pretty beach stay at their sister property, went there for dinner, it was smaller but much prettier.

ArgentinaThe hotel, is in terrible conditions, dirty, smelly, urgent need for maintenance. When we arrive it was noticeable that the complete hotel smells, they even didn't make our room! outrageous. The staff attention was AWFUL, disrespectful, sloppy, it seamed like they were doing us a favor!, it was surprising.

Location was amazing. The family pool was clean and inviting. The room was a good size, although it was an accessible friendly room

United States of AmericaUnfortunately while we were there, the beach was overcome by “red seaweed”, which made our “beachfront” hotel inaccessible to the beach—NO ONE was in the water. So we paid triple the price for a private beach hotel, yet we had to travel 10 minutes to a different beach everyday—that was a total bummer (not to mention, an additional expense for Ubers there and back each time). There is no shuttle service for ANYTHING. The hotel needs a lot of updating. The bathroom in the room is TINY (no more than one person can fit at a time, unless someone is in the shower stall). The carpeting in the hallways is atrocious—old, stained, and completely worn, it makes the hotel feel very sleezy, when it’s actually a nice hotel, albeit dated. Also, our bathroom was never rinsed, the same eyelash sat on the sink for days until I wiped it up. I had left it there to see if it would get cleaned, but it never did. The room never got dusted either. The only thing room service did was make the beds and MAYBE swiffer. In addition, there is only one bartender at the pool bar which is CRAZY for the amount of people who are drinking tons of alcohol daily—made the wait for drinks a little too long. The food is VERY expensive, but the portions are HUGE so you can save on your food tab by sharing with another person. I felt like we paid 5 star prices for everything but it was only a 3.5 hotel.
The location was terrific, and the view was absolutely beautiful. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. To use the beach beds at night felt like a luxury because the star gazing and ocean breeze were lovely. I love that there was an adult pool for 18 and over, and a family pool for the little kids. We are a family of three and our son is 18 so it was nice to not constantly be surrounded by the craziness little ones bring to a pool. The pool being open til 11pm is great for people who like night swimming. Also, it’s a 10 minute walk to the bottom of Duval Street and only a 10 minute ride to the airport, which is very convenient. The hotel has everything you need.

United States of AmericaVery limited dining choices. Unless this changed, I would not return. For the cost there should be more options than a beach bar with a limited one page menu.

FranceIn the room several things were not working : the safe, the phone in the room and the hot water some times (maybe I was not using the shower properly). It was not 100% clean and everything in the room was old. The facilities are better than the rooms in my opinion.
I really enjoyed a lot of things. Staff was amazing. At the check in we were upgraded to a very beautiful suite. The patio with access to the pool was also amazing. Breakfast is very good. Location is also very good. Room is very spacious.

United States of AmericaI was shocked at how run down this resort was. The room was really pretty poor for the cost. Lot's of wear and tear that should be fixed for the prices charged. We also had to call several times a day to have our room changed over. Sometimes it happened, sometimes it didn't.
We really liked the location. Close to town, but not too close. It's also nice to have a small strip of beach, which is unusual for Key West resorts. The adult-only pool was fantastic!

United States of AmericaNo washcloths in the bathroom. Mold in the shower. Everything closed at the resort at 9;30 pm, couldn’t get a cup of coffee. Sink in room didn’t drain. We rented a electric car and when we valeted it we asked them to charge it which we were told they would do but they didn’t.
