Booking.com said continental breakfast. They haven't had continental breakfast for 2 years due to covid. First time I've stayed in a "roadside" hotel in a very long time. It brought back memories (tiny room, tiny bath, tiny vanity, small TV). Bath tub was not very clean. Drain was severally plugged. Standing in 6 inches of water by the time shower was over.

Pleasant office staff. Pretty good location. Not far from Niagara Falls (our destination).

That after letting it be known my pick up is at 1pm on the checkout day I was informed that I should check move out of the room by 11am and hang around outside.It’s not good to say there’s breakfast and have nothing not even coffee. Let the guest of nearby restaurants they can go to . Let the office have some chairs for the guest. It makes one feel welcome whether they will use it or not. Having to stand through out for an elderly person or other in the receptionist office is not good

There was no continental breakfast as advertised and no coffee maker in the room to make for one self. I liked the daily cleaning

This review is hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

The fridge and the ac we’re making weird noises all night but it’s okay just noisy. and there were dead cockroaches on the floor. I honestly think If they just took a few hours to clean a little better this place would have better reviews. I had a stain on the blanket they gave us. Everything metal or silver in the bathroom was rusty. It wasn’t too disappointing but the cleaning people could put in a little more effort and this place would be good.

The location was pretty good. Got the room last minute.

good location driving is only 15 minutes to the Niagara park, comfortable rooms, and the checking process was very simple, the staff very friendly, it is not a luxury hotel but for a short stay it is very good.

it’s just ok but the breakfast was from 6-9 am it’s so early plus it’s doesn’t worth it the coffee is bad plus no choices with the food they only have cold eggs and muffins bread jelly and better that’s it

It is a dated motel. Fair value for the money.

The room was pretty dated but clean. it worked for us. the pillows on the bed were terrible. If I would have brought my own pillow from home I think I would have slept much better. I think the price was a little high for the quality of hotel it was.

The kids really enjoyed the outdoor pool. It was very nice and not crowded. The coffee was good and provided all day, not just at breakfast. Front desk clerk was friendly and check in was easy.

Rooms were a little outdated but for the price and the length of our stay and size of our group It worked for us room had all the essentials

Location is awesome not far from the falls and restaurants/ stores but not in a big city. Pool was nice clean That was super nice and easy to work with.

Staff was friendly. Hotel was very comfortable, location was great and there was a shuttle to the falls. The rooms are cleaned daily and fresh towels everyday! Pool was very nice!
