Shuttle pickup from the airport was way too complicated and we had to wait more than an hour for the shuttle while the hotel is no more than 5 minutes from the airport...

Place to wait for shuttle at airport is not marked in any way. Until the shuttle arrived, we didn't know if we were waiting in the right place.

Room was essentially clean, but bathroom was not (toilet had urine drops on the seat!). Window covering let lots of light in and room was noisy from outside. My journey home from the rural part of Australia involved 5 separate flights and 3 separate hotels; Pacific Marina was the most expensive of the hotels while being the least luxurious/cleanly/quiet. Coffee was good, but powdered creamer is not.

Front desk staff were friendly and pleasant.

It was really a 2 star motel with bare minimum facilities

Needed a room next to airport just to spend night after landing late night. Serves the purpose. In house bar has awesome ambiance

Felt a bit like a cheap hotel while the price itself was not cheap. But this was the only thing we could find last minute after missing our return flight.

The staff was friendly, I appreciate the airport shuttle.

Bar food was very limited so had to go to the Chinese restaurant which was good food but too much!!

Was a 13 hour layover, went to hotel, slept, went back to airport. AC good, bed good, shower good. People friendly, nice little store.

Facilities need attention. Mini fridge was defrosting and leaked all over the floor. AC controls seemed to be missing so we were pretty cold. When the AC shut off you could hear music, even in the middle of the night. Shampoo somehow was too weak to lather and yet I still couldn’t get it out of my hair.

Location, airport shuttle. Staff was pleasant. Rooms were nicely decorated.

Why I only rated the hotel a six overall was due to 2 things only. Firstly: the room wifi didn't work for me at all. A password was provided to me but hours later it still didn't work for me. As I was in transit from Australia it was important for me to be able to update family at the other end of my trip but under the circumstances it wasn't really possible. Secondly: I was also disappointed that hot tea-making facilities were non-existent and the foyer coffee, while hot enough, was of mediocre quality. Nonetheless this is a good hotel for a transit stop as it is near the airport and the personnel were all very kind and cheerful.

Comfy bed, good hot water and above all the wonderful and kind staff. The hotel also has close proximity to the airport with an efficient free shuttle which was what I needed for a one-night stopover in transit.

Great location. We only had a brief stopover in Hawaii and the hotel's proximity to the airport meant we could have maximum sleep. Excellent airport pick up service. We didn't have US sim cards, so the concierge directed us to a landline which connected directly to the hotel. After ringing, the shuttle picked us up promptly. Friendly, helpful staff. Despite many guests arriving simultaneously, the staff were helpful and efficient.
