We were unable to access the Internet all day, Sunday. On Monday, we asked the lady at the check-in desk and she told us what to do. That information should be included on the sheet of instructions.

The view was worth the price, it was spectacular. The lady at the check-in desk was friendly, professional and answered all of our questions. We loved being able to walk to places to eat and also liked the walk-way by the beach.

Wish the building had a gym, but definitely not a deal breaker.

Great location! Loved looking out the window every day at the ocean and palm trees. Sunsets were spectacular! Was able to walk to get food, coffee, and get to the beach. The condo was perfect for my adult daughter and I. We spent time together and had space to be alone. The kitchen was fully stocked. We did all our laundry before we left so one less thing to do when we arrived home. Liked access to the building was restricted to those who had key faubs. Parking was also secure. Would definitely stay there again.

This place is the place to stay, not only is the View from the room Amazing, and the place is just as Beautiful. We enjoyed our stay so much b/c of where we were, on the boardwalk so easy to walk to restaurants and bars. Loved it So Much.!!!! 👍😊Pam

We stayed during moderate weather between 62-75 degrees, so it wasn't an issue, but as far as I know, our room didn't have any air conditioning, and I can imagine they'd get quite hot during the summer months. The side of the living room facing the ocean is mostly a wall of windows, which seems to really magnify the sun coming in during the afternoon. Additionally, the bedroom window faces out to the walkway where other guests take the elevators and walk to their rooms, and could be noisy during busier months- but again, no issues from us.

Excellent location in the middle of Pacific Beach surrounded by restaurants, bars, and sitting practically on the beach. PB can get loud and wild at night on weekends, but the location of these condos is off a side street that stays quiet and insulated from everything going on a block away. Best part by far is the perfectly unobstructed view of Pacific Beach and the sunsets at night. The size of the apartment is also much better than you'd get at any similarly priced hotel or Airbnb, and makes for a much more homey feeling trip.

Booking is the worst. They forgot to send me the emails to check in so we had to find a hotel for a family of 5 at 1:00am and I slept I. The car and booking refused to pay for the crap hotel. They wouldn’t even help me find a hotel to stay in, I will never book with booking again.

They do not provide beach towels and we did not find anything that stated that when we booked through the app on Booking. Parking was so tight it’s laughable, very much so. They fine you for the tiniest of things and when I say they i am speaking of the HOA (I guess). Edited to Add: The company decided to send me a somewhat rude and discriminatory message because they did NOT like the review I written of the property. They are unprofessional, spew lies, and are very rude. I'd. heed everyone to steer clear.

The waterfront view was amazing! It was like a panaromic picture of the ocean, very nice.

Well it wasn't exactly clean. The beds were fine linens clean and nice but pillows were terrible. The bathroom shower curtain looked old and dirty, shower. it's self was dirty. The heater was rusty looking.Then to top it off we were charged for cleaning fees. The biggest disappointment was the pool area it should have been condemned. Lounge chairs all ripped ,pool decking in need of repair it was so unacceptable and disappointing.. We will not go back.

The view couldn't have been better. Location was good as well. Beds were fine.
