Some of the amenities were unavailable due to renovations . Rooms were not as clean as I was expecting. None of the house keepers were able to help due to language barrier.

Our room had holes in the closet and bathroom doors. The bathroom door was rotting at the bottom, the shower floor was dirty. There were also holes in the walls and the floor had some sort of slippery "film" on it.

The location was great and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Water pressure was very weak in the shower and water never got very warm. Although pretty well kept and tidy, the building and rooms are a little tired and worn.

Large room, good bed, pretty big refrigerator, outdoor space with chairs/table, the view of the ocean/beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fair price for a stay right on the beach!

Floor needed mopping very badly. When I did not wear slippers, my socks turned dirty brown. There were dirty foot prints on the bathroom floor when I arrived. I also recommend bleaching your showers/shower floors better (Scrubbing Bubbles is easy, just spray (let sit) and then rinse away! Grout will be white!! Otherwise, the room was very clean! 5-stars is within reach!

Bed was very cozy, sheets were cleaned well. Location is amazing! Staff is so warm and friendly, you feel like part of their family.

The floor was a little dirty. The bathroom was slightly cramped, but had lots of counter space and a big shower.

The room was very spacious and the beds were clean. The floor was dirty in some areas but we just asked for some more towels and wiped it up, no biggy. The pool was very clean and literally no one used it the whole time. Would’ve loved to but my stay was during a cold time haha. The beach access is close and nice. Close to other places and ample free parking for guests close to rooms. Not noisy, no staff bothers you for anything. Check in was very fast and easy.

They could upgrade the furniture in the room and replace the bathroom window - there was a little wear on some things.

The bed was super comfortable, while our room did have a beach view it was overlooking a parking lot and the pool. It’s an older resort that probably could use a little renovation work but it suited our needs just fine. The furniture was older but the bed was new and clean and super soft. It had a large TV and a rather large apartment size fridge which was nice.

The shower only had warm water, but the sink had very hot water. Both only had a little water pressure. Paint chipping all over the railings and steps.

Size of the room was nice. By the angle of the room it was enjoyable to see the ocean.

Both entrances for the stairs were closed off. That's front and back entrances so you could only use elevator. They painted both set of stairs so it was definitely a safety issue. The front area floor by the elevators had sticky stuff all over it like a chemical very nasty. You had to try and walk over it. The parking entrance to the place was also sealed off just enough room to drive one vehicle in at a time.So you had to make sure no one was coming towards you in another vehicle . It's pretty much a joke when they tell you there charging you a deposit for damages or stains when the place has damages and they give you stained towels. And they ask if your a smoker and they have tables outside the rooms with crackheads or methheads hanging out for crying out loud. Hmmmmm Also they had workers using xylene without any protection and poured it into a plastic bag while customers were walking by. No protection for themselves or customers. Very hazardous. Also spilling in on the sidewalk and ground.

Near the ocean. The room were a good size however there were lightbulbs missing, floors were dirty, disgusting, towels were stained. The guy receptionist named Kevin was very polite good guy. Lots of Meths heads, drug addicts hanging around. Overall iffy place.

There were no pool towels, or continental breakfast, just small irrelevant things to me. Only 2 picnic tables in the pool area, BUT the previous hurricane, I am sure, forced them to put some stuff away. I saw the concrete tables and benches stacked off to the side. The renovations were happening, the Paint didn’t dry on the floor below us the entire stay.

The location was fantastic!!! The gas station is right across the street, several accommodations were very close, within walking distance! The way the building is built means everyone’s room is ocean view! It was very private. The Pool was Clean and the Area was tidy!

The only issues we had with the property was a man kept walking back and forth in front of our room talking on the phone. He was kind of weird and loud but was only there one night and gone. Other than that no issues at all. The elevator wasn’t working the day we left so it was a little inconvenient to get our stuff down to the car. Not the hotels fault they had someone coming to fix it

It was very convenient. They were doing construction so and remodeling(painting) other than that it was good. They are making improvements and upgrading so it was good. The price was great
