Outstanding accommodation. Fabulously comfortable beds. Great shared area. Super bathrooms. Incredibly stocked with bedding, toiletries, kitchen equipment etc. Very clean. Great location near lovely restaurants and L stations to get you into the city. Highly recommended for a trip to Chicago. Great communication from owners.

There was confusion about the property’s actual address when we arrived. We received one address with the Booking.com confirmation, but a different address via message from the host the morning of our stay, and a third address when we reached out for clarification upon arrival. But once it was sorted out, everything was good!

What a well thought out space! The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen well appointed, and there were so many included conveniences - from the candy dish, snacks, tea and coffee choices , to the bathrobes, toiletries, games, and umbrellas. We’re looking forward to staying again!

I loved everything about it honestly. Recently received a message about damages and just waiting on the host's response. But I literally have nothing negative to say.

Well stocked and appointed. I have never stayed at a residence that had the best attention to detail. Snacks, feminine hygiene products, extra sheets, paper products galore...even the kitchen had EVERYTHING. Literally only thing was missing was a step stool (I'm short, host said there was one available but I could not locate).

We have no complaints! It was a wonderful stay.

The accommodations were perfect. There was plenty of seating when we all wanted to be together and each couple had their own room. Every detail was thought out (snacks, toiletries, lots of towels and linens) and the decor was warm and welcoming. The host was very personable and we enjoyed hearing about the history of the building. Thank you. John!

The parking in the rear. Another person did not pull up far enough. Mirror checked the building across the alleyway. It was okay if everyone parked correctly.

Felt like a home away from home. Having the whole apartment to ourselves was very nice. Very quiet neighborhood, which is surprising how close Rush is.

Love the number of bedrooms and the simplicity of the suite. It was easy to access the pink line of the L train which made getting around very easy. A little far of a walk from the blue line with luggage but not bad.

Everything we needed was provided, including snacks which helped ease hangry family members after a long day of travel. The beds were comfortable and the house was quiet. It was easy to get to UIC (we were there for a college visit) and Little Italy, plus the pink line was just a few blocks away. Highly recommend

The parking can be a little tricky. It's the City, so not unexpected, but there's parallel parking on the street (make sure to ask the host for a permit) or some parking in the back alley which is narrow, but doable!

This lovely apartment exceeded our expectations! Our family of 5 was visiting the City and we all got our own bedrooms! Having 2 bathrooms was also awesome, and the water pressure in the showers was amazing! The beds were really comfy and the host provided all the extras one could need and lots of towels! The kitchen had everything for cooking meals and there were 2 TVs, so we could watch different programs in the evening. There were places to grab dinner within walking distance as well as a 7-eleven and access to the pink line. The apartment is decorated very well, with lots of windows to provide natural light, and lots of Chicago books available for reading.

The bed was a bit small but still comfortable! The location was nice and quiet with a beautiful park nearby but it's about a 20 minute car ride from downtown.

The apartment was very big and had everything you needed - kitchen utensils, towels, TV with streaming platforms etc. It was very clean, spacious and located in a quiet area.

Nothing - all perfect

An amazing apartment, fully equipped with lots of added extras. Location was great, short walk to the train to go into city centre and to local restaurants. Very quiet neighbourhood. Host was very friendly and helpful. Even provided coffee, tea and snacks for us to have.

This is one of the best apartments I ever stayed in. It is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood with lots of green spaces. The building is stunning and well maintained. The apartment is spacious and cozy. We liked the turquoise decorations and pillows in every room. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, and more. Plates, silverware, utensils and spices. It was nice that the host left plenty of coffee capsules for us. There is also a variety of sweets and snacks in the glass jars. The beds are soft, but not too soft, the sheets are new and high-quality. Each bathroom has soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers, which is very handy. There’s an endless supply of thick high-quality towels in each bathroom. LOOK NO FURTHER, you won’t regret
