The door was hard to get opened, the floors need a rug or carpet, the bathtub could be more cleaned, there was a burn in the blanket and more pillows next time please!

The room was spacious, the large refrigerator and tv, it was surprisingly quiet and loved how they accepted cash and no incident free down payment 💕

Pillows are flatter than pancakes and mattress was acceptable. I like a warm bed not having to crank up the heat and get the room hot to stay warm-- there is a difference. A few amenities like Kleenex to blow your nose and not toilet paper. Great to have poop bags if you forgot those but then no designated area to place the bag Grouting around the splash guard and the tub itself should get cleaned out-- black stuff is usually mold.

Rooms tight and double beds small.

This is a very basic motel. Accepted dogs. Room came with full sized refrigerator and microwave. Proximity to area communities and easy access to interstate a plus. Adjacent to Chicopee State Park which was an unexpected perc - great for walking the dog. Even though the motel was full it was still quiet. Residents and staff friendly. Felt very safe.

Being blamed for Cleanliness issues when the rooms were not clean at check in. We had a tissue in our peep hole. The heat stopped working bc the outlets are fried. They are obsessive over smell. They don't understand that we came from a house fire so it's going to take more than one wash to get the smell out....while they installed the beds backwards and don't even fully clean the rooms. We found a broken USB dongle in one of the rooms in the middle of the floor....but for our situation, it's the best we can do. Definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone who needed anything more than a bed.

Water gets hot. Wifi doesn't cut out. They let my pets be here. Price is what you get.

The floors relly needed to be swept and mopped. I love walking barefoot. The mattress was hard and lumpy.

No instructions for the air conditioner -- too much trial and error. Room and motel kind of dingy and run down.

1. during check-out, they start knocking on doors at 8am, even though check out isn't until 11am. 2. after banging on the door and asking if you are checking out and you tell them yes, they will keep knocking every 20 minutes asking if you're staying another day. 3. having your staff member argue with you because you're getting ice from the ice machine. it makes the property look bad when a staff member tells you, that you are allowed to only get a cup of ice during your stay and if take more, they will contact the police. (This has happened multiple times with the overnight staff, the tall white gentlemen) 4. the wifi did not work and I spent over 5 hours trying to access the internet; the staff did provide me with the contact for customer support, but they were not able to assist in any way. so, I had to log onto the wifi, from the 50's diner across the street. This hotel has a long history of being a bad (hooker motel-drug hotel) reputation, and it is deserved. the new owners are making every effort to turn things around, and I commend them for that. However, there should also be an emphasis on better training of the staff. I will stay here again, mainly because of the location and connivence but they need to really work on providing better customer service.

This is a great location; accessible to everyone in the area, and they have been doing major renovations to upgrade the hotel. They are walking distance from 50's Diner which has great food.

Not a comfortable mattress and pillows like pancakes. Worse I have experienced- throw them out and get better ones Almost had major disaster. I had put my dog's water bowl in the bathroom and always used the bath mat underneath to catch any spill. I noticed before I retired that the mat was quite wet and I know he had not swam in it. Next morning it is soaked, he had been in his crate all night so not him, and when I bent over to pick up this totally wet mat that I could not use as a bath mat I had dripping on my head. I looked up and had this almost melon size ball of ready to rupture sure water soaked piece of ceiling ready to come down. Forget the shower and get everything off the floor in case it let go. I immediately went to the office to report. Since this "ball" of water was near the overhaead light we could have had a major incident.

Area by parking was muddy with trees that had been cut down with 6"-7" still sticking up out of ground. Lots of trash laying around. There was no coffee!!! Noisy group came in (very loud music and very loud talking) at 4:00AM, took till 4:30 or 5:00AM to get them to be quiet. Nasty gravel/muddy drive to motel with big potholes and entrance not well marked.

DIDN'T like breakfast....there wasn't any.
