This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel and never a bad experience. This last time I checked in the front lobby notified me they overbooked for the 1 bedroom suite with loft. They definitely made up for the mistake and upgraded free of charge to a 2 bedroom suite. Much appreciated. The breakfast is also awesome!

Excellent breakfast options, great friendly accommodating staff. Kids library room was an awesome way for out 3-yo to calm down before a mid day nap. Local bus stop in hotel parking lot a plus.

Internet was terrible during our stay but the staff was so friendly and helpful trying to resolve the problem that we dealt with it for the 5 days we were there.

Absolutely great room and excellent, friendly, and helpful staff. You will not be disappointed with hotel. We had a loft suite and it was great for my family of 3 with 2 private bedrooms, family area and full kitchen. Location was outstanding. 2 1/2 blocks and only 5 minute walk to the front entrance of Disneyland and California Adventure. Shuttle buses to park ran out front but we always walked. The staff was outstanding and friendly. Perhaps the most friendly and helpful I have ever experienced at any star level hotel. The breakfast buffet was very good. Really nice to enjoy a good meal before hitting the parks. The only issue we had was the internet was absolutely lousy during our stay. We were in building 1 where they had some issues they said. Our son was taking an online class during our stay so good internet was a must. The staff did let us try a couple other loft suites in the other buildings but they were not any better. Worst internet I have seen since dial-up days. Our son had to hotspot to his laptop all week from his cell phone. If good internet is a necessity you may want to check with their office before you book to see if issues have been resolved but otherwise you will not be disappointed with Clementine Hotel.

overall people don't have good pool or hot tub etiquette! The hotel can't fix that! ;)

Breakfast was great and had a variety of options for all my picky eaters. The room was a good size and had a good amount of kitchen items. Shuttle was great, close stop and short ride to DL.

The only issue we did have was the walkways got flooded while it rained and we got or feet wet trying to leave.

Our room was right next to the laundry room and it was very loud. There was Music playing All day and then on Sunday morning when we were trying to get some extra sleep it was so loud while the housekeeping was getting their carts prepared in the morning. Our toilet set cover would not stay up and our tv also did not work until we had a technician coke out to fix it.

The only thing we didn’t like was the parking. Each night there were tons of vehicles without the permit. Some nights we had to park really far away because of this.

Loved our entire stay! The loft suite had all the kitchen utensils we needed, beds were comfy, having two bathrooms was wonderful! The online pictures were very true to the actual property. Property was always clean, staff was helpful and friendly!

The only minor thing the hotel (and most other Californian hotels we ever stayed in) could improve on is an increased focus on sustainability, particularly re single use plastics in the breakfast room. It was lovely to see real plates but I would’ve loved real cutlery as well and seeing as the plates would’ve already required washing I don’t think also washing cutlery would be too much effort?

Everything was great. Loved the room and bright decor, location was excellent for Disneyland. Breakfast was a big hit with our kids, the waffle maker is so fun!

The young kids above us were very loud n rude.

I enjoyed the hotel and the amenities it provided, the only part that was unsatisfactory was having a group of junior high school students above us. They were loud, stomping on floor. I feel they should have been all located in the same bungalow n area. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay n very cute, clean and well manicured grounds.

Need More food choices or variety for breakfast. The bathrooms and countertops arent very clean, you can see spots that a stain is still there and just washed up with water and not really cleaned it . Got bug bites from the bed, please make sure to spray and change bed linens

The lights were dirty and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for a while. The floors were creaky in the loft. Lots of traffic and sirens made it hard to sleep or stay asleep.
