Lack of an elevator was surprising. Breakfast hours could be longer. We couldn't get the lights by the bed to work.

Breakfast was good, pool was nice. Room was comfortable. It was nice that the towels were replaced after the first night.

Just my preference, would have preferred a softer bed. Was on the firm size.

Location, close to highway and stores. Clean and comfortable rooms . Friendly front desk staff. Continental breakfast included in stay.

I would prefer to see a larger selection of yogurts and pastries for the breakfast. It would have been nice to have a small food prep area.

We have stayed at this hotel whenever we are in Oshkosh for the last decade. A nice room at a good price and a good location. My husband does like to use the pool. Although we didn't use it, I was pleased to see a safe to secure valuables.

the whirlpool in room 120 had a small leak, which didn't effect me at all, just a small wet patch on the carpet and an eventually maintenence cost for the hotel. would have been nice to be able to turn the TV so it can be watched from the whirlpool, which can fit 1 medium person relatively comfortably, 2 small people would still have to overlap.

only $20 more got me a whirlpool in my room. barely any wait with my 4pm checkin which can start at 3pm. could hear other residents as I walked to my room but heard nothing noticeable from my room. I didn't explore beyond the lobby area to my room.

They have a pool, but wish they had a hot tub. Could have used a visit to the hot tub to loosen up the joints.

wasn’t really a clean room, was burns on the furniture from someone who smoked. and the floor was dirty in the bathroom , and food crumbs underneath the soft chair cushions

The room did not smell fresh, there was a used bar of soap on the tub, the table was sticky and the chair had a chunky substance which means it probably wasn't properly cleaned. We travel with clorox wipes and lysol spray so we wiped and sprayed everything down. We were only there one night so dealt with it. Paying more attention to those things during cleaning would improve the experience.

Staff were friendly. Prime location. Room was large.

Other updates need to be made soon. The shabby furniture didn't look quite right on the new tile and carpet. Unfortunately, we were not told we were going to have a whopping bill for Saturday night. It was three times bigger than the other nights. Accommodations citywide were in short supply due to a Packers game. We were totally unaware and were shocked at the itemized bill when we checked out. We have never paid that much for a hotel, even on the beach. We felt we got gouged.

The staff was helpful, accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was good with many options. The bathroom design was efficient. We liked the split design where one could be showering or going to the bathroom while the other could be using the sink and vanity. Several updates in the room looked nice. We found the bed to be comfortable and the sheets soft.
