The facilities were absolutely atrocious. Nothing was wiped down. There were spots and nasty things all over the room.we cleaned the room Before we slept in it, we did not complain because the customer service was so good when it came to my vehicle and what I was transporting. I wasn't gonna ruffle any feathers. But the bedroom we got was absolutely disgusting

The rooms light didn't work. There was black mold in the bathroom: clearly painted over. There was garbage and boxes all down the halls; which reminded me of the shining.

Pool and spa was advertised but it was closed. Housekeeping knocked on the room next door loudly and yell to them, this woke us from a sleep. There was also a fire drill that was disruptive. Room carpet was obviously very dirty and smelled mildew/wet dog. There was visible mold in the bathroom on the wall. There was a dirty sock under the bed, so they obviously didn't vacuum under the bed. The beds were lumpy and caused back pain every morning. The breakfast was severely limited. No coffee one morning when we went in the kitchen. The hallway to our room smelled of cigarette smells despite the no smoking signs on doors. Having carpet halls doesn't help with lingering smells.

Staff was friendly and met all needs. The linen and temperature in the room was comfortable. We had plenty of towels. Kitchen was large and hours were good. Laundry facilities were not used so I can not comment on the washers or driers.

Room was musty smelling, ac unit noisy. Breakfast not great either. No napkins, no knives, plastic or otherwise. Waffle machine was displaying “Lo” the whole time. It did cook the waffles but had to watch it and check it. Had a sign to clean up after yourself but like I said previously no napkins. Was disappointing definitely the most rundown Motel 8 I’ve stayed at.

Deanna was the best and most helpful person but I caught the cleaning staff inside of my room and they were not cleaning up one of them was just standing there near the TV watching the other one go through the belongings that I had left in my room to go run out to do a few things in town, assuming that they were in a safe place for about an hour or so. Luckily I have nothing missing of mine yet I don't appreciate the invasion of privacy and solely being told by the cleaning staff member that "they're so sorry" and then running away to do it somewhere else to another room in the hotel. Also, being woken up by a front desk staff member at 12:40AM with her key card trying to open the door with no permission by me to do so while I was sleeping in bed and waking me up abruptly and not needing anything except for saying "front desk" and going to every door and trying to unlock and push it open which I don't think is necessary or makes sense or is respecting my privacy or anything else really at all.

Every time I come here the workers don't know which rooms are adequate for guests last time it took five rooms to get one with a heater that worked and running water this time around they stuck me in a room didn't even have a TV and the toilet was clogged no shower curtain the second room only four channels on the TV even worked the rest are either silent or in black and white the heater putrid smelling like cigarettes which is great considering you haven't been allowed to smoke inside for last 10 years and the pool is still closed down on top of all of that there's only one entrance in and out of the building

I like coming in and hearing another patreon having to pay for another day in order to get his stuff out of the room so it's nice to know that you guys lock people's things in the room

There were stains on the bed covers, we came across a very large rat just outside, our key cards didn't work after the first night and we had to get them re-magnetized, the breakfast was incredibly disappointing with only one kind of cereal (neither of the ones advertised), waffles and toast with no jam or other toppings.

Tosha was very friendly, and it was great to have a fidge and microwave in the rooms.

Dirty room, broken shower/tub water constantly just running, window won’t open, internet wifi worked barely 25% time, breakfast awful: for 4 days here no milk, no juice, only Raisin Bran cereal no milk again, no syrup for waffles, juice machine says broken, everything is dirty and sticky from spilled syrup, I witnessed very sweet employee have mental breakdown in breakfast room because it was so terrible!
