You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaNo bath towels in the bathroom, had to go down to the desk and get some. not one glass or dish in the kitchen at at all. Good thing we didn't need any, or weren't staying for a week!
Very comfortable beds, the food at the restaurant was outstanding. As was the waitress who also doubled as the cook!

United States of AmericaThe location of the hotel was good and the staff seemed nice. I didn't like that my card was charged an extra $50 for the stay. Maybe I missed that in the paperwork but I don't remember reading about that. I eventually got it back on my card though. The room itself was nice but there were minor cosmetic issues such as paint on the curtains, dented lamp, and a weird gap under the thermostat. Which wasn't a big deal but still wanted to mention it in the review. Overall a good stay!

United States of AmericaI reserved the room 6 months ago for homecoming and paid over $700 for two nights. For some reason the front desk only gave us 3 breakfast tickets for 3 people for 2 mornings. Why wouldn't we get 3 tickets? 3x2 = 6. I don't know, but the two of us who didn't get breakfast the next day had to pay out of pocket. The room was nice and large because it was a handicapped room (we are not handicapped), but we had a learning curve with how things worked (shower head) and the TV. There's a switch on the wall by the door to turn on the TV. We didn't figure that out until the 2nd day. Would have been nice to have someone follow us up and explain a couple of things.
The room was large and the beds were comfortable. The staff was nice.

United States of AmericaI booked a king suite with a jacuzzi and the jacuzzi was not working properly. I let the staff know on Friday evening, and asked that it be repaired by Saturday. It didn't happen.. no one ever even knew I made a request for service. There was an upcharge for this room, and I was very upset to pay for the upcharge of something I intended but was not able to use. Management did credit me one night, but the point is I was wanting the jacuzzi for tired muscles and body after Parents weekend, and I didn't get it.
The hotel is very clean, and the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. Excellent location right off the highway and 10 minutes from Mizzou.

United States of AmericaToilet was rusty inside. Either warm in the room or it was freezing. No in between. Had to remember to ask for towel replacements and bed making. Lighting needs to be better outside when returning to hotel. Breakfast was not with the $13 pet plate charge. Ridiculous. Woman at the front desk working asked me everyday was I checking out when I told her everyday I was there for 4 days. That was extremely annoying. Kind of like I was being rushed out.
I like that the hotel is off the regular path and sits by itself. Convenient to get to.
