Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Elevator was out and of course, nothing on the first floor. I had already submitted by approximate arrival time of early to late evening. I know first-come/first served....even with reservations request, but no elevator. I'm in my 70s. Fortunately, I just had one small overnight bag. I took the stairs one at a time slowly. And only because I didn't want to take the trouble to look for another place more accommodating to my knees. While a call in advance would be nice, I realize it's probably not feasible. But I think some kind of compensation would go a long way as an act of good will. Not necessarily a comped room, but some kind of discount would have gone a long way. Its probably a one-time thing and I know it can happen anywhere, but it'll make me think twice now.....at least call in advance to ensure all is well and have a backup plan to change lodging if necessary.
LOcation good. Staff always welcoming and great. I've stayed here several times before and it's my lodging of choice. Breakfast is always good. Everything is clean.

Security was questionable this time. There was fighting in the hall off and on all night. It made us feel uneasy.
Breakfast was ok. Selection was nice!

The front desk didn't explain charges, I had To ask lots of questions. Elevator didnt work the whole time we were there. Luckily I didnt take my 76. Yr. Old mother.
The room was big and roomy. Clean, and everything I needed was there.

The refrigerator and microwave area was very dusty. Also we tried to heat up a cinnamon roll and the microwave smelled like it was burning.
Breakfast was good and front desk clerk was nice.

tub filled up with water while showering .. grout area had mildew around it .. elevator didn’t work properly .. purchase of beer couldn’t buy due to had been there since 2020 per receptionist .. walls show unfinished remodeling and not painted .. when checking in had problems and checking out over charged my friend .. report items to checkin person and told that they couldn’t do anything about it cause manager doesn’t listen or fix things

The room was in need of repair paint chipping and carpet was torn. Bathroom floor looked dirty and door handle on bathroom was broken. Also the sheets were itchy were not soft.

What I did not like was the large dog that constantly barked in the next room over

Would like to see that the EV charging parking spots be available and not allow other gas vehicles block the parking spots. Would suggest painting the parking spots green with chargin icon for those who cannot read or see the small charging signs.
Great location for me to get easy access to the loop. Really appreciate the Tesla destination EV chargers.

Getting my receipt sooner would be nice. I leave very early in the morning when i return home. I asked for it the day before leaving. I was told it is put under the door at 3:30 in the morning. I did receive it the next day when i asked for it at the desk. I am not complaining mind you. Just wish i could receive it when i ask for it. Thank you again for another wonderful visit!
I always enjoy my stay with Comfort Inn and Suites in Victoria Texas. The staff is exceptionally friendly! The facility is so nice. It IS Comfort! The location is wonderful! I love shopping in the area and eating at the different restaurants! I have family in Victoria. I live in Iowa and every time i stay in Victoria Comfort Inn is my choice! Thank you so much. Oh and the breakfast is outstanding!

There wasn't anything that I didn't like the people and location was 100% amazing!!!
Everything was GREAT!!! The location was very accommodating to anything/everything you need/want, staff was friendly, courteous, generous, and helpful, the room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the breakfast had ALOT of variety of food!! My total stay was extremely phenomenal!! This is where I will be staying from here forward any and every time I come to Victoria, TX!! Thank you Comfort Inn for the delightful stay!!!
