Area is full of homeless and the clientele on property was quite frankly unsettling. Not a place you want to be outside when the sun goes down. Front desk was not open when we left and we were told we had to call the front desk the morning we left. Sorry but I should not have had to call to notify the front desk that I left the keys in the room and that we had checked out. No voicemail to leave message. In that respect the property was operating like the 1970's.

Front Desk evening staff was amazing. Property had security car presence. Room had working air conditioning.

The furniture and facilities are old. They could stand to update the furniture and bedspreads. The hottest setting of water in the shower was only lukewarm.

The staff is incredibly kind, and exceeded expectation. The rooms are clean.

Noisy Bulky AC Unit.. improper plumbing.. the shower leaked.. water spread all around (seems the plumber NOT PUTTING WHITE SEALEN TAPE. the water could potentially ruin the newly painted wall.

Location was really bad!!! Also web side said, will be continental breakfast serve. She told me because of Covid, they don't serve breakfast. This is B.S. I stayed in two weeks ago in Laquinta, Albuquerque breakfast was served.

I felt the room had not been totally checked since the last occupants left as the heater was faulty and the fire alarm removed from the wall with the battery disconnected

I didn't like how they were far too nosey they charge too much for the rooms and it doesn't tell you on booking.com there is 100 deposit no matter who it is. I didn't like the room it wasn't worth the price.

They gave me a wifi password and it did not work at all....... I get because of covid but breakfast was blah o and behind the refrigerator there was absolutely blood on the wall and no trashcan was anywhere insight in the room....I was in room 210......I also understand that the room was up for maintenance on the system and I had booked it right before the desk.person hit a button to remove it from the website...... the desk sys a toilet issue..... the issue did not bother me and I understand that might have been why no cans for trash....

Seriously only stay here if you have to...it's so gross. Housekeeping/EVS clearly does not get paid enough to care cuz it's disgusting, and based on other reviews I read after I booked and paid...I figured it wouldn't have been worth it to say anything or try to get a new room or linens...I legit saw housekeeping outside of my room before I went in too, so if that was what they call turning over a room, it's not okay. Broken car window glass in the one of the parking spots next to mine, but I could see the parking spot/my car from my window and again Security was super professional so it ended up being okay. It's overpriced on Booking.com too. Book elsewhere if you can.

There were no live roaches or bed bugs. Pet-friendly room & the grass area for pets is kept clean. Overnight security plus the front desk folks were nice & professional. Reasonable check-in and check-out times.

Someone pounded on my door at 3 am. Door to room was difficult to open. Everyday I had to get my door security card key updated everyday because the key wouldn’t work.

No breakfast and you get what you pay for.
