There was a strong paint smell where they had been painting one of the rooms.

SEVERAL things!!! Did not like that I was getting charged an early discharge fee, and it took so long to get a refund on my credit card...I had to return to the hotel twice to get the whole refund situation figured out and not a single apology at all. I also got charged for the whole pet fee even though I only stayed 3 of my 6 day reservation. I let the front desk know the day prior to leaving that we were not staying the full time as we found a place closer to where we needed to be... I feel the staff could have been a whole lot more professional

Decent sized room, comfortable beds, staff at the beginning of our stay were great but the day we decided to leave early, not so much.

The room had a weird smell; I am not sure what it was; could be tobacco or something else. But I had a hard time spending the night with that smell.

Our window had like paint or something in between the panes. I don't know but we couldn't see out of them at all! The toilet had a little trouble flushing.

Great buffet style breakfast! Very good food! Beds were nice and comfortable. Shower was great!

Closet to hang clothes was inadequate. The closet door was not secure.

Breakfast was fair/good. Was not as ‘hot’ as desired….eggs and a meat. All else was good. Bed rest was excellent. Very quiet and peaceful. Felt safe; that is important.

Bathtub didn't drain properly

We were supposed to have maid services but they never made it to our room (even though) we were out for a large part the day). It was fine, but would have been nice.

I like it cold when I sleep but the unit was not putting out cold air, just slightly cool air.

We were able to reach our destination in minutes. Great location.

Water, flavorless eggs not so good. And bummed the indoor pool couldn’t be 24hrs

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good, but don’t care for those eggs. Best park was mini waffles. Rooms were clean and very nice. Didn’t make it in the pool but looked clean.

The breakfast was over and above! The location was good. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The lady who checked us in, I believe her name was Jen, was very nice. We come down a few times a year to Lake Cumberland, and will definitely stay there again.

Exterior could use a facelift ... a good power wash and fresh paint. Workman- ship in updates for rooms could have been better. Open screw holes in bathroom vanities. It was difficult taking a bath; had to manually hold down plug so shower wouldn't run. Not enough healthy choices for breakfast. Prefer real scrambled eggs (no cheese). There were no raisins, nuts, or cinnamon to add to plain oatmeal. Would like to see dairy milk alternatives such as rice milk or almond milk.

Two queen beds, decent size room, friendliness of staff. Convenient location for Lake Cumberland destination.

Nothing! The only problem we had was fixed quickly when we arrived!

When we arrived they had given us a room with one bed instead of the two bed room we booked. They worked fast to get it fixed and even upgraded us to a suite. The beds were very comfy! Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice and had different options.
