I ordered a doordash but they have a policy that any delivery would have to picked up in the lobby. It was kinda an inconvenience for me because they are doing construction so I had to walk that long walk back to the lobby to pick up my order.

I've been to several Rosen Inn throughout Orlando and never had a problem. The staff are very helpful and they always have the cleanest rooms. Several minor problems but overall a great experience.

The construction meant a very long walk for my child between the pool and the room through a parking lot. I wish I had known about the construction ahead of time. When my parents came to pick us up to leave the property, they were told they had to park very far away from where we were, meaning my elderly disabled mother had to make that same long trip using a cane around the construction through the parking lot as well to tell us they had arrived, which took her around 15 minutes. I found that disagreeable. Otherwise the experience was very good. I assume this construction will be finished soon.

The breakfast was great and the room was nice. The pool facilities were the reason we chose the hotel and met expectations.

A little construction going on so one building was unavailable right now, don't know if that impacted being put on the 5th floor with one elevator inoperable at the time.

Staff was friendly, value of the price paid for room was great. Rooms cleaned daily was a plus. Daily buffet available was good. Plenty of parking available. Have stayed many times and would continue to stay again.

I liked how close it was to everything and it was very clean. Our housekeeping staff the first night was amazing too. We had a blow up mattress for our child because he’s a wild sleeper, they straightened up his covers and pillow and even gave us an extra blanket since we had given him ours.

As my first hotel stay since the start of Covid & my cancer diagnosis, cleanliness was my first concern. Staff was very pleasant, check-in & out was very easy breezy. However, the building across from us was under renovation & that was our view. And I believe our building was next for renovation, as we noticed mold on the ceiling when we turned on the lights to settle in. It was late when we noticed this & I don't like to create a fuss, so we stayed. I did mention this in the morning at checkout, but the person who helped me with checkout did not seem to care, which I did find off putting. Cancer & black mold...a very bad thing. Black mold period...is a concerning for anyone.

Location was very close to my destination. Our room was very clean, crisp & presented well (pillows, towels just so, beds fresh & impeccable).

The front desk staff weren’t friendly on 2 separate occasions. Too was basically clean but our dog found 2 dog bones and blueberry under bed when we got there.

Pool was cold even though heated. Rooms not too clean and carpet dirty. Little tiny bugs and pubic hair in the shower. Shower also was dirty. Door handles sticky.

Love the staff, nice place for the value, love that my kids got to hear different languages. Really nice place for the value. Definitely not a 5 start but a lot nicer than a lot of value hotels. We only stayed one night.

His property is in need of up dating. One of the rooms that we occupied had a bad smell in the room and the bathroom smelled of urine. The other room was okay. They had the building beside us under construction, so hopefully they are in the process of up dating the property.

It was very close to Disney, and many restaurants. Very easy to get to major highways.

Unfortunately, our room was facing the highway.. very loud all day all night! Room small with two beds and a crib, 2 big suitcases.. beds are on the smaller edge, for a couple tight. AC blowing on first bed.. really cold! We wish we could adjust the AC blowing up. The front restaurant gave my husband and son a stomach ache after they ate chicken tenders and a chicken sandwich

The area is very convenient. Shops, restaurants and bars walkable. Disney and Universal super close. The Hotel has two nice swimming pools (since it was cold not used). Cleaning crew was cleaning daily. Thank you. Staff very friendly from gate check to cleaning crew. Plenty parking. Breakfast buffet $$ but all you need to start your day.

The bed only came with 3 little pillows so we asked for more and they got us some. It wasn't a problem. They even brought them to the room. Our TV had 3 black lines in it and they immediately changed it out as soon as we called and notified them.

Located close to Disney parks, close to food places of all sorts and easy to find.
