Noise, lack of staff.

Very noisy hallway until nearly 4am!! Very loud. Staff outside smoking! No one dealing with unruly customers yelling in hallways! Went for breakfast, came bVk to our room at 10am, key had been deprogramned!! Nit sure why since checkout is 11am!?!

Nothing. Within minutes of arriving I went to the window and a cockroach scurried by. The room was smelly and the wallpaper was coming off the walls.

There was no way to open the Windows and the AC smelled badly.

The staff was helpful and nice. The beds are confortable.

I find bugs in the bathroom both days. One was in my shower when I first arrived Friday night. The second was in the sink when I woke up the next day. My comforter also had brown stains on it as well as small burn marks which was very unpleasant.

The staff was very nice and the gym being 24 hours was nice.

Mold, mold in the bathroom, very outdated bathroom and room old.

Location was amazing, staff very nice. Stefon went above and beyond his duty to help us change rooms snd he did Good. Updated room and he put our stuff in the frig. While we were out all day. It could of been spoiled but he took care of everything

Very very very loud group in hallway partying very loudly. There are chairs near room 125 that allows for this area to be used as a lounge. It should be removed or it’s use closely monitored.

Breakfast was good. Toasters are slow though and should be replaced, and could use 1 more waffle maker.

The facilities seem dated, the common stairs were not clean.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the bed linens were clean and luxurious. The bathroom and bedrooms were clean.

There was a dead bug on the floor of the room. The wall paper was peeling off. The pool was so cloudy/milky that you could not see the bottom. The breakfast was nothing compair to the pictures on the web site. My complaint was I left a robe there. My first conversation with the hotel, they said that theyt would gladly mail it back to me, they even took my address. Two weeks later my second phone call with them, the man said that I had to mail them a prepaid package and then they would mail it back to me. That would have cost me over $30. He also suggested that I just drive back and pick it up. That is a 2.5 hour ride. Sadly my robe is still there.

1st night we were in a room that the air conditioner didn’t work and I was too hot - miserable overnight. The staff switched us to another room further down the (very long) hallway and the air conditioner worked perfectly. The sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable for our 17 yr old. Driveway needs to be repaired.

The alternate access to the room (end of hallway entrance with key.) Enough parking spaces. Excellent breakfast choices. Just wish the yogurt didn’t have fake sweetener in it.

Our room was on the corner to the laundry, elevator etc, so it was very noisy. We would just request a different room next year.

They are a work in progress. Renovations were being done during our visit, so we can’t wait to see the difference next year when we come back.

They were painting the exterior. Windows were covered and masked. They were impossible to reach by phone prior to arrival.

It was a little dirty.. the toilet had a streak of something on the side and the tub was a little grimey.

Breakfast was just ok. The only fruit was an apple and I was hoping for bananas. The eggs were terrible and the toaster didn't work well. The ice machine was broken so no ice.

The place was quiet and the coffee great! Bed was comfortable and bathroom clean.
