We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The only thing we didn’t like was the pool was closed. I know it wasn’t anything they could do but that was one of the reasons I booked it.
The location was nice. Located in the middle of all kinds of food places and shops and only 30 minutes from the beach. I really enjoyed the stay.

Cleanliness- The bathrooms need to be better cleaned, bathtub and mirrors. The toilet was loose in some of the rooms. My family stood there also, and they comment that the toilets were loose on their rooms.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The clerk in the morning was busy doing something else and didn’t even look my way when I said I wanted to turn in my key. When I got tired of waiting I walked off and she said she told me she’d be with me in a bit. Well I’m older and don’t hear mumble especially when they don’t even look my way.

The bathroom faucet made noise. It has an old smell when you walk into the Hotel.
It was good price for the area and location convince from I10. Room is big, and the regular fridge.

The groups of people smoking pot outside the building. The toilets are super low, like child size and high water level. I'm a disabled veteran and it makes it difficult getting on and off the toilet.
Handy to freeway, restaurants and shopping.

Sure not your old Motel 6! Nice plank type flooring, a full fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Who needs free breakfast when you can bring your own on and eat when you want.

Location was not the best. It was half a mile or less from I-10W. Saw alot of street people in the parking lot, some were drinking. Not the safest place I've ever stayed Clientele was a bit shady. We reserved 2 rooms. Discussion next to one of the rooms was 2 women talking about a "hook-up" later in the evening,,which came to pass. If you are not an early riser, be prepared for high noise early in am. Walls were a bit thin. In the other room, I was awakened to a blaring TV with cartoons playing at 7 am. So loud that I had to call the front desk. Not good to be up early outside of your normal circadium rhythm when you are about to drive 8 hrs that day. Would recommend better "in room" coffee pots with better coffee Also amenities like small travel pkgs of tylenol, benadryl deodorants, toothpaste would have been great. Would have been happy to pay for them
Size of rooms was fantastic! Bathrooms were exceptional in terms of space and safety devices for tub and shower were way more than what I normally would have expected. Nice setup for someone with disabilities! Floors were laminate hardwood and clean, not greasy as is often the case in my previous experiences with this type of flooring. Staff was friendly and helpful!

Additional toiletries like shampoo/ conditioner. Only bar soap was provided. No breakfast at all not even simple continental breakfast.
Convenient location to visit Pensacola at affordable price compared to other hotels. Staff was friendly and accommodating, got checked in before 3 pm. It was great to have staff who understand that travelers are tired from all the driving when they reach the hotel and needed the room as soon as possible.

A little sadden that there was no continental breakfast, (maybe because they allow pets, which is another thing that spooked me, only because I'm scared of dogs and there was a man there with two very aggressive big dogs) The outer appearance is a little "sketch". The pool also looked sketch. And there was no lounging area (weird) but again maybe it was because they were "pet friendly"
My room was nice and clean, towels were provided and trash was taken out daily. (=

The beds were not comfortable and our shower didn't drain at all. I told them the first night we stayed and we were there for 3 nights and it never got fixed.
