Front desk staff were pleasant on check in, the room was typical HI Express, clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was nice. I really liked the front desk offered complimentary cold bottled water just for the taking. The parking lot was large as well.

The windows had sheer curtains which made the morning very bright! Better instructions for the AC would be nice as well!

Breakfast was mediocre at best. I realize it was a basic breakfast, but the omelettes were burnt and stuck to the bottom of the pan on tin foil. Coffee was decent.

I would have to say the bed was not very comfortable. That was my only complaint I would have.

It was close to restaurants and not far from the surgery center. It was very quiet. The employees were very nice and answered our questions.

TV did not work in the room. I called the desk and they told me to reboot. That did not work. I called the desk and they moved me to a different room. Desk clerk was very nice.

The dispenser for the hand soap and lotion were on a wall about 3 feet away from the sink/vanity. Needs to be placed closer to the place where a person washes their hands. The bathtub/shower looked a little yellowed and could use some bleach or an upgraded unit.

I chose this property for two reasons. The price was very reasonable and it was close to the homes of the family members I was visiting. It was good to see a moderately priced hotel making RECYCLING containers available for cans and plastic bottles. Way to go!

Room was not cleaned to the high standard I expected. Sink would not drain. Towel hook missing from the bathroom door. Carpet not thoroughly vacuumed. Toilet was not cleaned the second day of our visit.

Very good location. Above average breakfast. Nice areas to sit & visit with family. Quiet rooms & comfortable beds. Seemed to be mostly business travelers so very quiet during the day.

Possibly more fruit choices for breakfast, would be great, maybe canned peaches or similar.

The staff were extremely helpful. I think it’s the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Beds were very comfortable and pillow great. Breakfast wasn’t fancy but did the job. It was nice to have the outside option to eat. Frozen meals were handy as was the bottled water.

-Our key cards didn’t work super well and it was hard to get in the room. Had to have housekeeping open it for us once. -Was a bit weird that the hand soap was so far away from the sink but that’s just nitpicking. We really did enjoy our stay here!

minor complaints but none of concern. The older rooms still have the noisy AC/HVAC units, when they kick on I have a sad tendency to wake up, hence swimming laps in their fine pool at night for a sound night’s sleep is recommended.

Their location great for nearby elevated noshing. pool kept clean, hours fit my exercise schedule (an evening set of laps and I sleep like a babe). There’s even a grassy interior area half the units face to wiggle your toes in.

Just two small things, the bathroom didn't have any hocks to hang things like a bathrobe on. The hand soap dispenser was bolted to the wall which is OK, but it was a way from the sink which was inconvenient.

I would rate the free breakfast as an 9+. Good selection and they kept it well stocked. It goes to 10 AM on weekends which helps when you sleep in. The room itself was large and set up well, comfortable bed, a desk with a good office type chair.
