To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

CanadaStaff for breakfast wasnt helpful. tables were left dirty so others arriving to eat had to clean them. Did an experiment and left a coffee by the fruit bowls. Took an hour for it to be removed. Also a bucket for emptying liquids would be helpful and less messy.

United States of AmericaI was not told when checking in that there would be a full deposit amount of what I paid for the night I stayed at the hotel. $100 for a deposit is normal but not $300. I know I will be getting the deposit back but that’s something you should tell the guest that $600 would be taken out of their account.
It was clean and very comfortable. Glad it had parking too.

CanadaI really didn’t appreciate that when we got there from a long drive from Canada, they say that the room that we had reserved 3 weeks prior was not available. They gave me a suit instead (no extra charge)… but it was a king bed and a couch… I asked for 2 queen beds room for a family of 4. My son complained the whole trip because of the uncomfortable couch 😡. My husband and I slept with my 9 years old and my teenager in the couch. the last night from the 3 that we reserved we were moved to the room that we were supposed to be since the beginning. Don’t do that please! We go to a hotel to relax and we rely on what ever we reserved! We didn’t started well.
It’s located in a very strategic area near to the metro station and popular places.
