The hotel was a bit dated, and needed a lot of upgrades. The walls were very thin because you could hear people in the hallway and other rooms on the floor.

It was a nice hotel for the price. The staff was friendly, and I liked that breakfast was included.

Not much for breakfast, I optioned to skip the breakfast, the gentleman at the front desk was really nice but the morning staff was clueless. Asked for a wake-up call, the note was there but they couldn’t be bothered

water pressure in shower was weak and didn’t get very hot. when i checked in nobody at front desk, finally i actually called so phone rang at desk and someone came . there was a big hole in wall down by vending machines

our room was very nice. it felt clean and modernized and pretty. The man who checked us in was friendly and personable. We were comfortable there. We were just there for the night on way home and we were happy to see places to eat close by. Breakfast was certainly adequate. No eggs and bacon but pretty much everything else you would expect.

Asked for handicapped room, was given closest to desk. Close does not meet handicapped needs. Lower the beds. I almost could not get up on it, or put a stool in room. Higher commode. Maybe hot chocolate, not everyone drinks coffee. My granson said his bed too hard.

I booked this hotel by accident. But once we got there we were ok. Had been driving all day so exhausted. The young man gave me the key and let granson finish transaction. Staff very nice.

The property might be due for a pest-control visit, as we had some minor issues with undesired guests. Not wanting to downgrade the property or turn off suspecting guests, let's just say they weren't of the personally offending/attacking/infesting kind. They'd leave us alone and we'd squish them like the bugs they were; no problem. Biggest concern, especially given the one member of our party recovering from knee surgery, was the front entrance. It was a bit rainy/wet during our visit, and the front entrance is slate, or something similar. Although attractive as far as outdoor pavements are concerned, it was very slippery when wet and caused a concern about falling. Thankfully, there was a sign posted, and treading carefully, none of us slipped or fell. It might be a good candidate for some clear top-coat with some added non-skid. That will preserve the appearance, but greatly increase the guest safety in the wet weather. Only other item on the not like list was the short duration of the stay - had to return to "reality" a bit sooner than desired.

Nice, quiet, third floor room, with a door connection to the second room that we reserved. With the third floor in mind, I should mention a that a luggage cart was available for guest use. The connection was just what we hoped for to allow easy passage for grandchildren between rooms. Typical amenities (fridge, microwave, tv, individual room hvac controls) were all properly functioning and quiet. Free parking in the onsite lot, at the property's entrance made it convenient for the member of our party recovering from knee surgery. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked with cold cereals, a waffle iron, oatmeal, yogurt, various danish and fruits, juices, coffee, milk. An ice maker was available near the elevator lobby. We didn't use it, but there was a nice sitting area in the lobby. We also didn't use the pool, but that should not be a surprise given our late fall visit. The property is located in a boundary area between an apartment/residential area and a commercial corridor. It's a quiet area, but close to food and fuel options. Access to I-77 is very close by.

The property needs some upkeep including a good painting job almost everywhere. Numerous scratches, scrapes, etc. left one with the feeling that the property is dingy and not well maintained. There was a plugged in lamp in our room with an empty socket… a hazard. Another lamp had no shade.
