SHOWER HEAD WAS TERRIBLE. IT KEPT FALLING OFF AND HITTING US ON THE HEAD. THAT NEEDS TO BE FIXED!

We had a problem with the TV as it was set to Spanish. It was difficult to change - we gave up and went to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work. Took a trip to the front desk to ask for assistance and the very nice desk clerk came to help. She had a difficult time as well. She was the only person at the desk, and couldn’t spend long. She finally got it switched to English for us, but several of the main channels that we would watch had no sound. We never got that fixed and I was very annoying. But, we were out a lot - so we made do. There was also no usb outlet and I did not have a usb connector. The desk person tried to call us to let me know she had one I could borrow- but no phone in room connected to desk. She kindly ran it up. These were annoying- but not a deal breaker.

It was a very comfortable room. Everything was very clean and the water was nice any hot and strong. Bed is comfortable.

Nothing really stood out that we did not like.

Breakfast was great, staff was very friendly and accommodating.\Close to where we needed to be, central location. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Beds were uncomfortable, was charged $55 for a hand towel that had purple conditioner on it which washes out but told me it was blue dye.

I booked at one location, first time and thought I was in the right Hotel. I wasn't. It was a hassel getting refunded. For a room I did not use.

GPS or Booking has a probably with the 2 hotels Comfort Suites. The Northern one is in better shape.

Had to paid 400 dollar deposit because book online and want get it put back on card until 3 to 7 days because didn't take Chime!!!

Hidding fees. I probably got charged for early check in. Which clearly lady at the desk said I wouldn’t get charged

We stayed on the 2nd floor, and our first day getting off the elevator heading to our room, there was a foul sewer like smell, but it went away as we got closer to our room. The smell stayed in the elevator area for almost a day but was gone on the 2nd day. We stayed in room 219, which was a king room. When we opened the door, it was clean, but it was a huge void that looked like a small sofa or something supposed to have been there. The bathroom was clean, but the faucet leaked a little every time we turned it on. Overall, the room was ok but dated. We enjoyed our stay.

The location was great, and there are a lot of places to eat within a 5 mile radius. There's a gym across the street, and the breakfast was good. The staff greeted you every time you entered the facility.

Our ac didn’t really blow cold air all night so it was uncomfortable but besides that everything was fine.

The hotel refused to help me change the dates as my flight was cancelled and I stayed one night less than planned. It would have been a gesture if they had considered my situation and not made me pay for a night I did not stay.

Pool was in a building separate from hotel and the hot tub needed cleaned.

The breakfast was good, the staff was amazing! Close to everything we really needed.

I couldn't find a place to plug in my USB cords. Not modern. The HVAC unit was old, but worked fine.

Bed was comfortable, the bathroom was very clean, and the floor was easy to walk on without dirt. The front clerk was very nice and helpful. She is a winner.

Our room wasn't made after the first night, so we didn't have new towels. Not a big deal. After the second night the room was cleaned and all fresh towels.

The location of this property was perfect for our needs. It’s an easy, five minute drive to our family members from this hotel and there are several restaurants and sports bars within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained and well kept. There is a limited hot breakfast offered, and although it’s the same fare each day, it is tasty.
