May stay was not what it would have been pre-pandemic. Obviously we all struggling to get our businesses back to where they were 14 months ago so I don't think it's fair to criticize any business these days.

The location was great for my trip. The staff was doing the best it could with the current conditions. (The ability for any business to get good help right now is a struggle I am very familiar with as a small business owner.)

pool was close nothing for kids to do no place to buy toothbrushes or toothpaste if u for got it don’t take cards to but a drink no charge for washer

Time to restart the regular breakfast. Before Covid breakfast was very good. This time with Covid nearly gone, breakfast barely adequate.

Location was fine for our event. We had used a couple of times before.

Good price, clean, good area, staff was nice and was around restaurant's so we didn't have to drive far.

The lady at the desk was kind of rude, she stated the pool was closed for renovations; but there were other guest in it. We finally got someone else to tell her it wasn’t closed so the kids could swim.

I liked how close it was to Jekyll, which was our destination. It was very clean. There was a great amount of towels in the room without having to ask.

The knocking on the door in the morning yelling room service. Please give guest enough time to leave. Knocking at 9am not acceptable.

For starters, the actual hotel was not clean at all. It was very run down. The pool was absolutely atrocious, I mean truly disgusting. The bathrooms were not any better. It was clean ‘on the surface, but the more you looked, the worse it got. We stayed two nights, you’d think room service would come and at least replace the towels each day. WRONG. Not only did they not come replace them, the last day we were there, my husband asked for a clean towel because we had been using the same towels for two nights, the woman at the front desk said that they didn’t have any?!? Now I might understand that if they were really busy and fully booked, but they weren’t. Our first night the guy told us we were the only ones booked for the weekend. Even on our last day there, there wasn’t but a few other people there, so there is no reason they should be completely out of clean towels for their guests! The list goes on.

The guy who was at the desk when we checked in was VERY nice and VERY helpful. The AC worked great.

From the bathroom sink and shower being clogged upon arrival, to the AC in the room being overly loud, to the bed being the most uncomfortable material I have EVER laid down on, this really was the hotel stay from hell. I will never be back.

The breakfast time could have gone to 10 AM for late risers.

I enjoyed the breakfast. My friends were a bit slow and thought it lasted longer, and did not get to eat breakfast there.

The room had curtains following off the rods, and this seemed to be the norm because as I walked by several rooms while the cleaners were cleaning, other rooms had curtains falling too. Also the pull out sofa was mildewed, with mildew stains, the plastic was torn off the mattress, and the room reeked of that mildew smell. I changed room 2 times because of things that I felt like should not be, like the doors having grooves on the lock entry from being pried open. After changing from that room the second room had the same type door issues and this is also the room that had the molded sofa and smell. Also the cleaning supplies that the cleaners were using appeared not to be disinfectants, they were glass cleaner, fabuloso, and foam deodorizers. Lastly, I asked more towels later that night after coming from the beach and I was told they.were all out and wouldn't have any clean towels or wash clothes until the next day at 10am when the workers come to clean. This was such an uncomfortable stay and is definitely unacceptable!

Low water pressure in the shower, pool and hot tube water was green, breakfast had a low variety, and kept being woken up by doors slamming due to other customers.

The young girl at the front desk was a little rude. My card was charged twice and I was trying to get it handled and she just had a bit of attitude

The cleanliness. The pool and the hot tub were excellent and very clean. Made sure we had everything we needed in our room.

The first room they tried to put me in on the 3rd floor, the door looked as though it had been pried. They moved me to the first floor. The toilet ran and faucet dripped. Alarm went off. Had to evacuate around 9:30 pm on Friday and wait until the fire department cleared the hotel.

Only cooked food was eggs and sausage links. The rest was processed foods with exception of apples. Would have been nice to have biscuits and gravy or bacon and bananas

There was no staff at the front desk for over 10 minutes to check us in. when staff did arrive they were in inappropriate street clothing and no shoes coming from guest room! The bedside lamps did not work and there wasn’t even a bulb in the living room lamp. I felt unsafe.
