Pool open, second floor items working my

Staff are excellent just that the hotel is being renovated and nothing on the second floor works,ice machine,washer, dryer sometimes

The reason for the booking was the amenities. I booked due to a basketball tournament in the area. The Comfort Inn was under construction and that's not the issue. The issue is that the website wasn't updated to reflect this. The lobby had many boxes some opened and closed right in the middle of the entry way. The pool area was closed, I'm sure it was under construction as well. There was a lack of staff and the housekeeping didn't show up, so I was told. The rugs were not vacuumed in the hallway. No ice in the ice machine. There was a chocolate chip cookie inside the air conditioning unit. The bathroom paint was chipping and the curtain rod was almost falling off. I tried to book at near by hotels but they were booked. Unfortunately, it was not the cleanest and for the price i paid through booking.com it was not it.

The location was not bad. It is off a main street with many stores and restaurants close by. The front desk attendant was very nice. He was very apologetic to the other customers due to the long wait.

The staff wasn't pleasant when I complained about my remote being missing, the housekeeper had left door open after cleaning. The elevator was not working and staff didn't mention until after I inquired.

Put me All the way to the back of the hotel while I was walking with a cane with a broken toe. They had no hot water in the shower

the fact that I had to go to four rooms before I could locate one that the outside window could be secured. and during checkout I requested a receipt and none was printed nor emailed as the clerk assured me I would receive when she discovered and inoperable printer

The room was didn't have refrigerator, the TV was not working. This was room 327. Then we were moved room 330 which we had someone come banging on our door because when employee switched our room I guess she didn't do it the right way and we had to call police because another employee told us we were not supposed to be in there. It was a terrible experience and would never go back.

Some of the appliances didn't work such as the ice maker and the water was really hot in the shower and one of the rooms I had the toilet leaked

my 6 nights was quite but on my 7 nights it was nigntmare 3 hrs of party next door and 12 midnight finally security finally came to stop them

Location was very messy, trash all around front, side and back of property. Initial room given was absolutely filled with the smell of cigarettes. Next room smelled better but had a very small TV. Felt unsafe due to people lurking around the front of hotel, ended up leaving early.

Where to begin, the one ice machine in the entire building was out, they had zip lock baggies of ice in the “store” area but free, the one elevator in the building was out, the pool was out, the tv was out.. cats housed out front like that’s their home, people passed out in the parking lot, the carpet was restaurant grungy & ripped, room furniture poorly kept & severely stained, toilet leaked, holes in the curtains & lamp shades.. it was less than sub par & I have pictures to prove.

The front Desk staff was very nice (and apologetic) considering the facility they have to work in. The property was close to the highway.

Dirty flooring in carpeted hallways. Stains and chipped paint in bathroom. Pool was empty and out of order. No mention of that on website. I only booked there because of pool was nice during previous stays.
