Price and location was good. Staff was very nice. EV charging station located in Meijer park lot which is walking distance from the hotel.

Not a heated pool other than that pretty decent. Went here 2 separate days 4 days apart and the bed didn't seem 100% clean so maybe about 85% decent.

The location was walking distance to Mejier if you had a EV to charge near by. The pool was nice and breakfast even though the same it was good. Staff very friendly.

ROOM: Mini refrigerator in room had a freezer space so frosted over the door wouldn’t shut completely so the fridge wasn’t as cold as I needed it to keep my yogurt, etc. BED: had the thinnest covers I have ever seen. Literally had thicker comforters in the tropics. Also, the bed frame or box springs were so cheap, they squeaked every time I sat or slept. It was like an old stereotype you see in cheesy movies. Had to laugh but also annoying. BATHROOM: Clean with large stand up shower. Needed something more than the tiny space for soap to put shampoo, conditioner and a place to hang washcloth during shower. Towels were thin and so rough I decided I didn’t need to use my loofah. However they were clean. OTHER: The vending machines need to move into the 21st century. They only take coins or cash. Even though I am grandma age, I don’t know anyone who still walks around with cash regularly. Was told I could get out in 15 degree temps (with a negative “feels like”) at 10 PM to drive to an ATM a few blocks away. Note: this is not the staff’s fault but management needs to update FINALLY: would have given higher points but a couple of nights before leaving, after midnight, several guests were yelling and running around in the hallway. I kept waiting on someone to tell them to stop. Then one girl was literally screaming and whimpering. I stuck my head outside my door and saw one girl (late teen?) sitting on floor, backed up to vending machines with another girl standing with phone ( talking/recording). I asked if someone needed help and was told by both “No”. Closed door but hysteria continued. After another few minutes I called front desk and asked them to do something about the noise. Was told “just about to handle that”.

Late 50’s woman staying alone: Stayed for a week. Staff were nice, noted I had my big dog with me so suggested an end room, first floor, next to the side exit for walking etc. it was very convenient. Location super convenient to grocery store, restaurants, gas and other stores. The flooring was vinyl plank and I prefer that over carpet since it can be cleaned well. Everything was clean. Spent an hour one night in the lobby with my dog. Sat next to the fire and perused bookshelf of loaners. Presumably left by previous guests. Sadly I had read most but the atmosphere was pleasant and we enjoyed the fire. Never tried the breakfast or pool so can’t comment beyond the pool area looked nice and clean. Used the exercise room treadmill one night. Nice and was clean. Can’t comment on landscaping since it was covered in a foot of snow.

The room is very clean no bugs new floor although it’s not the new fancy rooms and buildings . The hallways and the lobby needs upgrade but very clean and spacious. The breakfast lounge is spacious and clean the foods are great! A lot of choices! The staffs are welcoming and nice!

The pool was cold. The pool rinse off station did not work. I had an emergency and leave to leave at 11:00 A.M. to drive 125 miles. I paid for a night I was unable to use (which to be fair was a last minute emergency). I tried to explain into the staff (after my daughter's appointment at the Devos Children's Hospital), but my words fell upon deaf ears. The couldn't find my even after I told her my room #. The employer kept associating me with a different customer. I gave up on explaining told her thank you and hung up. So that's my story!

Clean room. Everything worked. Decent breakfast. Nice staff. Free cookies, lemonade, and coffee 24/7. Lots of patio space.

Halls smelled like wet dog. Circuit breaker boxes were left wide open in the hallways so anyone could flip the switches for any room. —not safe. Flickering lights in elevator-desk said lightbulb had been changed so it must be an electrical problem—also not safe.
