The inside of the refrigerator was sticky to the touch. Not enough towels the gym equipment was sticky and made it so we did not want to use them the sheets on one bed had stains on them

The towels had stains on them at the pool. Every towel was very thin and each one had an orange stain. Towels are important. They should be clean and plush. These weren't. I had 1 plush towel in my bathroom. The other towel had a hair, and the one wash cloth did not look clean. The pool hours were awful. 10 am to 8 pm is very unsatisfacrory. I like to unwind, and the pool should have been open until 10 pm. The noise on the street was not good-

The waffles were great! The breakfast was nice. Nice selection. The pool was nice. The bedroom was clean. Receptiinist/check in/check out person was nice and personable

PM front desk was not very engaging. Waited several minutes for someone to show up for check in. Suite had 2 small bath towels, rags, and hand towels. Room didn't have pillows or blankets for fold out couch. PM front desk gave all necessary linens and towels/rags without argument. Room was not well vacuumed or mopped. Dust and crumbs found in multiple corners throughout the room, bathroom had hair and dirt in corners, lots of dust on pipes under sink easily visible. Soap dish had black mold underneath in the corners, which I cleaned out myself because, ew! Toilet seat tightened to the side so when reaching for toilet paper (far stretch, our child couldn't reach) the seat slid sideways exposing toilet rim. The vent in the bedroom has black mold on all of the slats. Perhaps this is why black specks kept appearing on the beds? The bed linens were all stained with black marks. One bed cover had what looked to be fresh grease stains from prior guest. Almost all of the towels and rags were stained. One in particular had lots of black stains. Friday's breakfast was not replenished with very little left at 915am, although is supposed to end at 930am, and was not kept clean. (930am seems too early, especially on vacation.) Batter cups and batter puddles, and stuff left behind made messes on counter, juice cups ran out. Coffee was empty. Breakfast host was notified when came but dismantled breakfast stations instead. AM desk host was not accommodating, said breakfast host knew about the coffee and would do it when she was done. Wasted cup and 4 creamers-wait was too long. (sign says please don't waste) Pool hours too short, 10am-8pm. We weren't returning from the day's activities until after 8pm. Would've been nice to enjoy the hottub after a long day. Room cards don't work for pool. Must use card from front desk to get in, seems like micromanaging a guest amenity, and wasting time, especially given such small timeframe to use the pool.

The beds were comfortable. Shower had hot water. A/C was cold. Everything in the room worked. No bedbugs or other bugs!

one of the reasons I chose this hotel was because I am disabled and this hotel offered an indoor pool with a lift so I could enjoy the pool, I verified that they had a lift prior to booking however upon arrival both lifts were not powering on and no one knew anything about the lifts to be able to have one of them working prior to my departure. I stayed a week.

Staff was friendly, room was clean. Price was reasonable and complimentary breakfast was nice.

We were not told the hours for breakfast. It closed before 9:45...rather early on a Sunday. Also towels were rough and skimpy. Pool was unavailable.

My frequent complaint is the quality of the towels. They are thin and require several to dry yourself with. Taking several showers a day between meetings it's difficult to get completely dry. This recent time the breakfast selection while extensive needed to be refilled . Waited for eggs, meat, bread and coffee. The fruit selection was one orange

When we first got to the room (401), there was a strong smell of smoke/cigar smoke. The cleaning crew did deodorize it.

The king bed was nice and firm and comfortable.

I get a room at least once a month and checkout isn’t until 11am but yet I was woken up at 9:30am to someone trying to enter the room this morning.
