I wish that the breakfast room was open at times other than breakfast. It would be nice to sit in there when you need a break from your room, and if you bring in take out food-I'd rather eat at one of the tables than on the bed in my room. We stayed there right after COVID and i get why they kept it closed then, but I thought maybe that might have been changed by now. Also, the lighting in the room was very dim-even the bathroom. I could use one bright light to read by or to apply makeup. And the tv remote in our room had seen better days. It was being held together with what looked to be surgical tape, and was kind of gross to handle where tape was peeling. Please replace.

We have stayed in this hotel before-we like it's proximity to the Giant Center. We enjoy the pool when we have the time. the front desk staff have been wonderful as have the housekeeping staff. The hotel is pretty quiet considering its location.

The front desk woman was not very friendly. She also told are children they could not go in the hot tub when she over heard are kiddos asking if they could go in all were over the age of 5 as stated by the rules.Pool and hot tub area in the morning was very coordinated some of are kids had some coughing and we had burning of the eyes but in the p.m. it was much better

Very close to many food options we stayed as a kids birthday surprise for 5 kids to swim they allowed early check in at 1 pool and hot tub were great. The gentleman on nights when we stayed there was so helpful I forgot my key he quicking made another supplied us with extra towels, came looking to see if we had left a pink wallet at the pool, and followed us back to are room with a bottle opener to help us open a bottle.

Breakfast was good...could have had peanut butter..very noisy in bathroom...had to close the door to minimize the noise but still disturbing

The requirement to pay for certain TV channels. We already paid for the stay, why should we have to also pay to watch TV in the room?

The beds were okay comfort level-wise. They could have been softer or had better bedding. The pillows were a bit thin. But were decent for a hotel stay. - I would 100% stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and check in was a breeze. There was a great hot breakfast every morning and the staff was very attentive and was refilling everything constantly. The pool was awesome! heated and clean. The kids had a great time. The elevators worked very well. Never a wait. The shower was plenty big and had good pressure. An excellent stay!

The windows in our room were old, dirty and didn't close easily. The towels are skimpy. The breakfast selection is minimal. The coffee is subpar. Did not see any dog poop bags or biscuits for our pet. The extra $25 surcharge should cover these things.

Check in/out was easy. The room layout was good. The bed comfort was okay, the pillow selection was very good. The staff is nice. Water pressure is excellent. The location is very convenient and it is semi-pet friendly.

When I got into the bubble spa, my eyes got soared. I thought it was too much chloride. But the person said it is because it's high sodium water. I don't know if it's general to add sodium, but they could have put a note in the pool about it. Other than that, the stay was great.

My only suggestion would be a brighter light either at the door or change the light fixtures in the bathroom, they could’ve been brighter for putting on your makeup.

This is a hidden gem. Very clean, quiet, and friendly staff and the best breakfast!! This only thing that was a small issue was that my phone in the room wasn’t working but I used my cell so not a big deal! Definitely recommend!! Close to lots of the local attractions too!
