Thermostat in the room didn’t work and it was really hot the whole night. I had the thermostat set to the lowest temp I could I believe 65 degrees and the room never got cooler than 72. I’m a hot sleeper so I very uncomfortable sleeping.

A few little things were missing (ie: tv remote) or could use repair, but desk staff always cheerfully remedied situation. Exiting driveway: taking a left was tricky because lane seemed only wide enough for 1 car and street traffic entering driveway from the curving road had to use same lane.

Spacious, clean room (King) w/ frig and microwave in room. Superior breakfast offerings: hot dishes, waffles, cereals, muffins, fruit, yogurt. Clean and restocked. Quiet facility, all patrons respectful. Staff friendly and helpful.

I wish the shuttle and hot tub were up-and-running. Both would have been helpful with this adventure.

The property was nice and easy to find. The launderette and large business center were a nice touch. The breakfast was good with lots of variety.

Pool area floor was very dirty and steps going into pool were slimy and slippery. There were 3 stations for dog waste bags. They were all empty! And the barrels attached were overflowing with trash.

The front desk staff were very nice. Breakfast was good.

On entering, there was a sign that read ... "NO smoking within 25 feet of building" But yet there was a man standing right next to that sign ... smoking !! And there were cigarette butts all over the ground and walkway leading up to the entrance ... pretty disgusting and the smell was gross 🤨 The only thing I didn't like about our room ... were the pillows 😒 They were very small, very soft and very uncomfortable ☹️

Everyone from check-in to check-out was so friendly !! The room was big, spacious & very clean. The bed was quite comfortable. Parking was very convenient. And the breakfast !! OMGoodness ... it was delicious & plentiful !! The lady in the breakfast area was super friendly and kept everything ready & filled ... my favorite were the home fries 😋 Would definitely stay again and would not hesitate to recommend !!

decor was very dated , we asked for extra blankets and they were full of holes .

The one thing that was not good is that someone had been smoking in one of the two suites in which our family stayed. The smell lingered even though we kept windows in the bedroom semi-open (weather permitting).

The staff was super friendly: caring, accommodating, excellent. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and the location was great for its value. We really appreciated breakfast and easiness in reaching our final destination (we were traveling to Bedford to visit friends and needed a one–day stayover near kids-friendly activities and all the stores and resturants.

The fire alarm was set off around 10 PM, and nobody knew what was going on. The bedsheets wouldn’t stay on the bed you could tell they were on the older side or just washed a ton they kept sliding off.

The drive way was very dark and harder to find then I thought. The pillows were very uncomfortable and my room the fridge was a little dirty.

Wall unit heating system was a fan never stopped running noisy clunker that I resorted to shutting it off because it blew more cold air than hot.

Unable to use AARP discount. I asked and was told it needed to be done at the time of booking. I’m a new AARP member. I would have thought the discount could still have applied and should have. That’s going above and beyond. Pool not in service.

The carpet in the room was stained and looks like it needs a good shampooing. By the bathtub the wall was crumbling and needs repair. The fan speed on the A/C and Heat unit wouldn’t go slower. Also it probably needs the filters cleaned. I’ve noticed this in a lot of Hotels where I stay. And I do mention this to the front desk for maintenance to perform the work.

The breakfast was good, there were plenty of choices and everything was hot. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. And to start off the morning, a great shower.
