Parking was not free. However there was a garage across the street from hotel. Suggestion would be for them to offer a discount for their customers to park there. The restaurant downstairs was overly priced for the food. It took an hour to get one order and they ran out of one item in our order. However, the cook added an item to replace the missing one and there was a new cook so it is understandable.

The location was in walking distance to most attractions and restaurants. It was clean and comfortable.

One of our pillows didn’t have a pillow case, the lighting in the suite was very dim. The bathroom was pretty clean but could have been cleaner, the floor wasn’t swept or mopped very well. The refrigerator wasn’t very cold.

No one informed us that there was a fee for an early check-in. There was a $25 fee noticed at checkout. We were in town for ST. Patrick's Day and could have waited to check in at three or four had we been informed of the fee.

Cleaning staff did not adequately do their job. They didn’t change our sheets the whole week or make the bed daily. Only emptied trash and picked up dirty towels. Did not restock coffee, cream or clean sinks, tub, toilet or replenish toilet paper. We had to go get our own daily.

Charged an early check in fee of $25 even though the room was ready and I was maybe 45 minutes early. On my credit card statement, it ended up being a $35 charge.

The water in the shower was cold and the next day was warm. The facet in the shower was leaking. The property wasn’t near any eating establishment. I know that’s not the property’s fault.

It would have been better if we could have stayed 1-2 more days.

Everyone was very kind and gracious with our accommodations. The hotel was in an excellent location to walk and visit the historical area. The walks were peaceful and relaxing. What an amazing way to jump off and on the trolly after having the 90 minutes of Savannah history. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and the service was excellent!

Arrived and not much of a greeting. Tried to figure out where the guy or girl was who parked the car. Guy showed up and was in a bad mood to say he covers 4 Hotels. Delayed Check In. Guy in Lobby mopping floor and a guest slipped and fell. Finally got to the room and it looks like a 2nd Grade Student painted and filled in bathroom caulking. Carpet Dirty in room and in hallway. Finally fell asleep after the many doors slamming during the night. Next day asked for late checkout and the cleaning lady had an attitude. Staff told her and she gave them the evil eye. Terrible Hotel....also at night it's in a location i would not go out unless you take a chance...

There was some confusion about the hours for breakfast - the restaurant and the front desk had conflicting information. Other than that, everything was great.

The location was exactly where we needed to be to see the historic sites. It was perfect!

I didn't like how I was charged an additional 25 dollars for early check in I guess it was because of St. Patrick weekend also no breakfast but had an open bar that was a shock.

I love the hospitality of both the valet parkers and front desk staff.

We were never told about the renovations upon booking or arrival at the hotel! We suffered thru a night of CONSTANT JACK HAMMERING from the room above us! Asked for another room no help needless to say the attitude of the attendant was very discerning and rude! Nor when we checked out were we asked how our stay was! It was a terrible experience
