That the manager who checked us in told me not to ever go through booking.com to call him directly if I wanted a room next time. I don't appreciate being told what services I can and cannot use

Room was small and furniture was too large for the room. Hard to move around. Bathroom was tiny. It is in definite need of remodeling.

We had a two queen room and the second bed was so close to the outside wall you couldn't walk between it and the air conditioner. The air conditioner had a bad vibration every time it ran, waking me and the room was not vacuumed. The outside exit doors didn't even close properly or latch shut. The tables in the breakfast area were not cleaned while we were in the room and they needed it. We looked at the hot tub by the pool in the morning and it had what appeared to be a puddle of dirt in it.

The staff was nice, there was a young man vacuuming the hallway and he gladly vacuumed our room when we asked him to.

The building is is need of maintenance. Our shower handle feel off on the last day. The exterior side door sticks & is very hard to open

Room layout was very inefficient and room furnishings seemed thrown together—very crowded. The only ice maker on the second floor was inoperable and surrounded by castoff furniture, and the entire second floor had an unloved look and feel. No elevator to this floor coupled with no parking near the main hotel entrance and a side door-to-staircase that the key cards wouldn’t unlock from the outside made for very cumbersome unloading and reloading of the car.

the pool and health club were closed, the door in one of our rooms looked like it had been kicked in at some point the carpets had stains.

On the second day of our stay we arrived to find all of the hot breakfast foods gone and not being replenished 1 hour prior to breakfast being done. 8:00am.

Check in and check out were easy. Breakfast was great the first day.

The pool was closed and the price was extremely high for condition of the room. The shower faucet was pretty close to not being operable. The knob was ready to fall off or break. The shower drain was so plugged that we had clean the drain out in order to allow the water to drain at all. Extremely gross! We were unable to even walk on the one side of the bed closest to the window because the heater/air-conditioning unit was in the way. Not a great situation when there are 4 adults in the room. Carpentry/craftsmanship within the room and the facility was so-so at best. We rented the room for 4 adults and only had towels for 2.

The pool was closed and for the price we were expecting all the amenities. The carpeting in the room looked very dirty. Glad I packed slippers.

They were doing remodeling at the motel so our rooms were a long way apart. The pool area was closed which was not mentioned on the website.
